I lost all faith. I have been doing anything I can and nothing. I did what everyone else did and not even a touch on my case. I am so tired of waiting and see other getting approved with later filing dates. Like I said before. I am happy for you and all of that because if it was me with the approval I would like you to be happy for me.

On the other hand, I can not help feeling very frustrated and hopeless when I see some of you getting approved with a later date than mine. Nothing personal against you.. I am grateful to at least see that TSC is doing something (very small) but something.. I just wish I could receive my approval. that is all!

Praying today is a better day because I have tried everything .. congressman, senator, barbara, Denice, expedite, service call and nothing.. maybe if I just stop trying it will come sooner.. :(

I know how you feel. I think I am one of the oldest filers in this thread. NOA1 7/8/10

I-130 NOA1: July 2nd, 2010

I-130 NOA2: February 10th

Sent to NVC: February 11th

It is advisable to email Officer Garza directly? What is the email address?

There is no Officer Garza email address out there.

If you mail the normal TSC follow up email address, then you will get the automated reply, but also possibly, a response.

For the subject heading, I recommend FOR THE ATTENTION OF OFFICER GARZA

Hope it works out

Totally understandable, and once you ARE approved, along with that comes happiness, and also a great deal of guilt. It's a strange feeling. I personally will not rest emotionally until all this little group are on their way.

I have GOOD feelings about today - the volume of mails from Officer Garza, and the fact that it is Wednesday fills me with good feelings. Also, it's possible that Barbara Velarde has ordered a speed up of our cases - you never know....she DOES know about us now....THINK POSITIVE!!

Hello to all from SC. I am new to this forum. I too am waiting on my I-130 approval. This morning I called USCIS and spoke to this very kind and helful female. I gave her my receipt # and looked at my case, she said it was outside the estimated period (5 months). She submitted a service request referral for someone to look at my case. She asked me for my name, dob, mailing address, e-mail address, receipt #, phone #, date I submitted I-130 and what was the last thing I heard from USCIS. She gave me a referral number and that someone will contact me w/in the next 30 days and if no one calls me to please call back. I hope this really helps. I hope other people waiting call.

Exactly the same experience I had on Monday. Hopefully this gets us both approvals soon.
