Wow what a great idea we have now been waiting 63 days since our approval and still no NVC case number. Its so painful to finally get approval and still be in limbo as to when we will receive a case number Dantes and I were approved the same day and have both called TSC and NVC many times and as with the I 130 get many different answers. I check this thread several times a day just to see if anyone has received their number yet. I have noticed that other service centers usually send their cases to NVC within a week or two, I just can't undferstand why it is taking the TSC so so long. Does anyone have any Ide as to why TSC hasn't forwarded our cases to NVC?

Have you tried emailing Velarde or Mitchell? I wonder if they count those 63 days towards their "5-month goal" of processing time.

I called NVC yesterday and spoke to an operator. She told me to wait 15 business days for a case # but something in my gut tells me it's not gonna happen that way. Tom, you should definitely try emailing Barbara.

It's maddening to see all these approvals with NOA1 dates 30 days past mine, getting in via Senators and emails. I don't begrudge those who got approval any way they could. Sure, I'd love to be one of those, but this should still be a fair anonymous process, first-come-first-serve and it seems it's anything but that. Now it's about who you know. It's not much better than passing a bribe IMO.

And also, you got your approval in less than 100 days while others have been waiting twice that long, so you really shouldn't be bitching about it. Just my two cents.

I wouldn't go that far. I think we all have more than enough reason to ######. By now I'm just disgusted with the whole thing. I would like to wash my hands and just move to Germany, although I don't know a word of German.

I meant that we should all just look at the big picture sometimes.

By all means email Denice!! We didn't have and expedite other than the CSC to TSC situation. And Happy Birthday!!!

CONGRATS!!!!

I was thinking of emailing Barbara/Denice but I don't have a health-based expedite, and so I'm hesitating.

Nonetheless, it's my birthday today so I'm REALLY hoping I'll get a nice surprise from our friends at the TSC
