I have been following this forum for awhile. I am amongst the group of people that filed in July with a priority date of the 6th. I have contacted a senator, emailed Barbara and even spoken with the CIS Ombudsman today. She told me that even if i got an approval today i am looking at another 6 months of a wait until the whole process is finished.

The immigration system should be ashamed of itself. I have a 7 month old son that hasnt seen his father since he was a month old. The case is almost 7 months in and they are saying around another 6??! I cant believe this is happening to all of us.

Thanks for all of the support and information that has gone on in this forum.

Alright, added a few statistics at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

I know a lot of people have been wondering about what day is the most popular for approvals. It turns out it's a tie between Monday and Friday so far.

If you guys have any other suggestions about adding some statistic about approvals, just tell me and I'll gladly add it.

Hey saylin..add my details to Spread sheet.thanks

I got VIP treatment from USCIS headquarters in Washington

for the special request on my expedite. They pulled the

strings about this not me.

But I have some issues they hurried me about soon

after I sent my expedite request that moved me to the

top of the list ASAP. S I guess like Gary and Val said

in there note to me. They should have done you Vets

first anyway. Well it turns out they did faster than fire

actually. It must have been why I was first on monday to

be contacted and approved before I gave out Barbars Valerte

E mail at USCIUS headquarters in Washington.

I guess some of us just get lucky now and than.

But I did find the right women for Vj people and some heads did

start rolling becasue there been some action much the last couple

of days after my Saturday e mail to her.

Good Luck

Blasting off into the future

Good knowning you all really

It been really fun and great.

USMC Recon Semper Fi you all :innocent::innocent::thumbs::whistle:

OMG congrats!!!!!!!!!!

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
