I just got an email that one of my Senators is visiting our offices today. What should I say to him?

Thank him for his time to look in to the situation,

and that he has your vote in the future.

If you talk let him know his support is important

to your future approval also.

Let him know your concerns.

Good Luck :innocent::innocent::thumbs:

Congratulations Val & Gary and Timosha! I was so happy to add two more approvals to the spreadsheet!! So far 19 approvals from this thread. I want to add everyone else's approvals tonight, too! :D Go, TSC, go!

Alright, added a few statistics at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

I know a lot of people have been wondering about what day is the most popular for approvals. It turns out it's a tie between Monday and Friday so far.

If you guys have any other suggestions about adding some statistic about approvals, just tell me and I'll gladly add it.

I contacted congresman. The lady working for him told me that it is not beneficial to inquiry about my case through congressman when I have previously contacted senator regarding my case. Should I contact congressman and another senator or not? Please advice

In other words,,please do not bug us as you already started talking with other congressional persons. In my experience,, only 1 out of 3 big brothers will be helpful in USCIS matter, only question is how to find that helpful person out of 3.

NONSENSE! Many Congressman are more powerful than Senators. Besides, not all of them go about it the same way. Obviously some here have gotten results while other's haven't.

Val&Gary and Timosha - WOO-HOO!!!!! So so so happy for you guys!! I knew it would happen this week!! You must feel so good! (and I know, a little guilty) But everyone is happy for you, and they know it gives them great hope that everyone here will get their approvals just around the corner. Congrats!!!!

I am waiting until mid-next week to start call NVC for NVC case number and opting in on EP. I know there are concerns about getting smoothly from here to NVC, but I have my congressional liaison working with us and well-aware of the issues, so will keep all posted on how (not "if" since i'm being positive LOL) that goes!

Keep the faith everyone...

Hi everyone.....

I just wanted to thank you all for the good wishes. I am totally exhausted at the moment but I do want to reiterate what Gary said. I spent SO much time on the phone with the USCIS, got SO much conflicting information, some gave us hope, some made me cry in misery. Don't anyone get discouraged with negative words from anyone at the USCIS call center. Approvals ARE happening and soon we will all be out of this mess. Gary does a lot of the posting on here but I DO read everything and I will not feel good until everyone of you get your approvals. Believe me, I know how FRUSTRATING it is, absolute nightmare. I've spent more time crying in the past 3 months then I have in my entire life but we will all get through!

LIttle side note....I just called my senators office and spoke to the girl working on our case and told her the fantastic news, she is going to guide Gary and I through NVC and consulate. She said she is there for us the entire way! PLEASE call your senators and congressmen because I think they do help, Gary and I will not ever know exactly how much they have helped but I believe ....well, it sure can't hurt!good.gif I believe Gary's relentless E-mailing made all the difference.

NOW...on to NVC and Consulate......GOD HELP!!!helpsmilie.gifkicking.gif WE ARE READY for battle!!! LOL

PEACE AND LOVE TO EVERYONE!!!rose.gif

Congratulations to both of you. I wish you smooth sailing through NVC and the Consulate. I can't help but think that what I'm doing so far is not making any difference at all, but I will continue the fight.
