Thanks, I just fired off an e-mail to her...............

I am REALLY happy for you, especially since I was able to provide a good email address for you. At the same time felt extremely bummed, I have sent so many e-mails from all the email addresses that I "farmed" off the Internet this weekend.

To TEXAS SERVICE CENTER or any DHS representatives reading this thread.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The people on this thread are decent, hard working people, who simply want to be with their loved ones. Our I-130 filing dates are between late June 2010 to August 2010. Some of us have approved expedites. We have been very patient. We believed the letters that were mailed to us when our cases were transferred from the California to Texas Service Center. We were told it was to speed up processing. We have become extrememly frustrated recently at the conflicting information given to us by various USCIS outlets. These range from promises of next day decisions, to letters and emails that tell us we have to wait a further 6 to 12 months. All we want is the truth, and a quick end to our misery so as we can plan our futures.

Please look at these transferred cases if you can, and give us our decisions. It is almost cruel what is happening to us.

Thank you, all we want is to move forward.

Regards

Subject: Hello Please Help !

My name is Ronald NotXXXXX US Citizen I-130 case number WAC1090206XXX

& Expedite Case number WTC0201102XXXTSC.

I started my case in July 30th 2010, an was at CSC until November 3rd when I was

transfered to TSC becasue of CSC being back up, and was told it was to be able to

speed up our case to be processsed. 35,000 people this happen to.

I was touched again November 28th, 29th & 30 an not since.

I have exceeded the 5 month waiting peroid of being approved.

I have have medical issues in my life an am 100% disabled from

the Socail Security Admin & the 100% from the VA, the reason

you see and expedite filed also above.

I have contacted my Congressman with a reply and US senator without reply

along with 100's of other from TSC also waiting approvals. The reason no answers

NO reply from TSC except they are doing nothing to process our cases

Meanwhile at CSC and other CSC they are already processing Sept

NOA-1 I-130 from filers of the I-130 after July 31th.

We want to know why it taking TSC so long to approve I-130

and were at the 6 month mark already or 8 month's from many others.

Why a break down at TSC ? ? ? CSC should have kept us there and waited

to just process a month later.

Please when we call NCSC and they just tell us wait another 6 months,

and the people answering the phone lie to us. Telling we must start the processes

and wait another 180 days before we can be processes

Please can somebody be advised of our sitaution and be kind enough to deal

with us not lie to us.

You can find more than hundred's at the Visajourney.com website

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/281110-california-service-center-to-texas-service-center

and read some of the horror stories given to us from the TSC in Texas.

Please if you cant help please forward this to the correct person as so somebody

who over looks TSC get them working correctly on our PAID FILED CLAIMS.

It's sad as a US citizen to have to contact the best government in the world to ask for help

to resolve and issue the people with a paid job should be doing to help us people.

We are married citizens waiting to bring our spouse but TSC is preventiing us from doing so

I thank you for your time. I'm doing it the legal way not trying to cross over the border not legally

I'm a US citizen

Where can you find information about this? Never heard of it.

"...you DO qualify for an outside of processing time expedite service request"

i've never looked it up, i just know when you call 'AFTER' your 5 months are (some have tried to slip in before that and they wont allow at 3 months, or 4 months or even 1 day shy of the 5 months...

anyway, get yourself to a tier 2, tell them you are outside the 5 month processing time and your petition is stuck somewhere down in Texas ;) they will give you an expedite ~~# and you should receive in the snail mail within 5 days a confirmation of approved expedite. (they will tell you on phone soemone will contact you within 5 days if they need add'l info but they wont because they have all the info there). they will verify your snail mail addy as well as taking your email addy, phone number and take add'l phone #s as well.

Never thought this USCIS ####### will make our lives miserable, today it's 188th day and still it's seems dark and blur.

{virtual hug} i understand... we're all going through this horrible thing that seems to have no end but luckily we have this forum!

Hey Ron...Val here.......all you have to do is dial the USCIS number, hit 1 for English and then hit *1......it will take you directly to customer service and then you need to ask for a tier 2 person.....I think I called at least 50 times from the UK.......headbonk.gif I must know every customer service rep there...lol

i'll tell you what i've been doing since they put that garbage on the automated voice system about waiting 180 days after the transfer date before calling back ... i press #3 ... says soemthing like something is wrong with petition although when they answer i tell them it's something HORRIBLY wrong if they think an add'l 180 days is acceptable :P

LMAO, yep - We're going wear those T-shirts proudly! Must do a ladies version....good.gifrofl.gif

if/when we survive i'd like one as well!

Im with you on tha one today is my 214 day and I dont really know if I can feel the paint anymore I guess that's way I see it. Is

more like everyday it past by it just mean one day closer for this to be over...

i'm wondering at what day it will be when i snap... i've had days i've been close, i've had days i snapped for a few moments

thank God for this forum

What does it means when you go online and check your status on the USCIS web side and it says "last updated d/m/y ....does that mean it was the las time it was touched? just kinda wonder about that .....

yep, touches... thats possible good thing, though dont get your hopes up, we had touches back in late nov and early dec then standstill....

A couple of unsubstantiated observations / question:

(1) When one looks at the numbers of approvals coming out of the TSC, it is more indicative of a change in policy than an overload. The output number is just too low, almost indicative of a rotating work stoppage or priority re-structure.

Based on already discussed factors, and analyzing some of the facts at hand, it appears that they are conducting something of a rolling black-out, to put it in electricity terms. By this I mean that because of high numbers of applications for many types of visas, they are rotating resources - one month one type gets more focus, another month another type. That would explain why some August - September filers have been approved, and many June - July filers have not. This analysis does not help us in any way, but at least it made my brain feel like I was beginning to figure things out.

(2) Why would the CSC send thousands of applications to an already hopelessly overloaded facility?

because they can then rationalize opening two new centers and spending all that money, to handle the exaggerated situation they have created in the first place.

The cynic in me says they are aiming at damage limitation, and backing an already upset group into a corner. I mean in their eyes, is it better to have 10,000 screaming June/July filers, or 30,000 screaming June/July/August/September filers.

Ruthless logistics?

as i've said all along

and i doubt there are even that many of us, wasnt it only a few stragglers at end of June, not the whole month...?

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

i used to be a patient person, now i just cry and cry every day, when i'm not angry, when i'm not so upset i'm throwing up... some days i feel like saying what more can you throw at me but afraid to (if you knew the last few years you'd know why LOL)!

I miss one day and I have to read 5 pages, jeez this is a full time job just to keep up with this thread

 i know what you mean today has been a busy one on here! i stop long enough to type up four CVs and come back to 3 pages!

We should send this link to TSC & CSC :innocent:

they probably alreayd have someone reading since they use social sites and eveyrthign else agaiinst you nowadays :innocent:

I do think so too :devil::devil::devil: And you know what? If so I'm sure they're not really happy with it...just like us

well if they dont like it then they can get their big hooves off their desk (and off my petition), put down the jelly doughnut, close IE (or firefox or chrome etc) and get back to work

blush.gifwhistling.gifwhistling.gifblink.gifhelpsmilie.gifhelpsmilie.gifhelpsmilie.gif

Maybe some of the TSC workers will order T-Shirts too....

LOL now THAT is very likely by the time this is all over!
