Hey thanks SqdnGuns

EVERYBODY NEEDS TO E MAIL THESE PEOPLE

I already e mailed most that applied to our situation

all of the people except Mr. Tom Paar is no longer working

at this location. And also I found out the

National DHS.GOV National Operations Center at 202-282-8101.

We need to being calling here. I already have automated replies

stating they will contact me during working hours.

You can bet if we all start sending e mails and calling we maybe get some action really fast

I did alot of copy & pasting all these e mails off while most of the people in the USA were

sleeping.

I hope it benefits everybody who takes and active part of contacting these people.

GOOD LUCK ! !

Ron

Next week we will see if are some movements on TSC. It is time since we are over 6 months some over 7 months and is not possible to wait and just wait and see the September, October or even November filers approved . Is ridiculous what is happening at TSC. According with the text from Squad they are low on workers and co-workers and have plenty of job to do there, and seems to me that they are doing their best but they can't do more that they are already doing.

Cip.

You know, as it is OUR money that has been used to pay for this service, and USCIS's errors that have brought about this mess, I would certainly HOPE that TSC are open today, working overtime to clear these petitions. I doubt they will be.

I'm VERY disappointed that we only heard of one approval last night. Even though we're only a small portion of the 36,000. Five to six approvals per week of people on here is not acceptable.

If ANY business gets behind like this, then huge steps are normally taken to clear backlogs. The problem is, TSC, CSC, appear answerable to no one.

Thanks for those contact details SqdGns, I suspect an ever increasing barrage being aimed at TSC this coming week. I just hope that they then don't start working slower because they get pissed at us. I've seen THAT happen before also.

Great stuff also Ron. We need to see movement.

My faith in Officer Garza holds if we see mass approvals on Monday. Other wise, he/she is just another lame duck excuse for us.

yes I read your post earlier and I agree. Wow that is awesome. Isn't that something? well we should stop complaining and think positive! following your advice. Congrats.. happy for you!

when did you get the email and what time?

hi waitingondLord - the email came at 11:26 pm EST. someone asked if online status changes too, and yes it does. i think, but i'm not positive, that the email is maybe generated from the change in status. either way, some people have gotten notices that say they were approved several days before the date of their email, i think. so it's very possible that some people are approved but no one at USCIS has checked the right box in their system yet that will trigger the update to your online status and the email.

if that was our office garza on myspace, i noticed he said he works sometimes until 3 am. don't give up hope for this weekend!

I think you're right Jellybelly. We were told by an Officer Clara yesterday that the review on our case was completed on the 19th January, but it was showing on the USCIS PC screen as still pending. I feel many petitions are just waiting for an approval stamp and the trigger of approval. VERY positive and confident here, but the frustration is endless on a weekend.

Hi Jellybelly

What's is the approval date?

Thanks celldoc. Taylormade... approval date is 1/21. it's bittersweet because 1) you feel guilty that so many others are still waiting and you know everyone is saying "congrats!!" and thinking "you suck!"... i know... that's me over the last few months! also, 2) i think only one of us has actually made it to nvc... so as others have said, you get this approval which is cool, but it doesn't do much good if your file doesn't make it to nvc. :) so just remaining hopeful that the kinks in the system are getting worked out so we all can have a smooth ride from tsc to nvc.
