you know those little sample packs of KY? and you know how (at least for us) the envelopes from USCIS come mailed not sealed? if a postal person wanted to be evil they could slip one of those KY samples in all the 'expedite approval letter' envelopes  just so we'd know the letter really doesnt mean anything other than, well, you know

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I am not so optimistic about Officer Garza, guys. I think it might have been a coincidence... I also got an email from Officer Garza on Jan. 3:

"Thank you for your inquiry. This case has been requested for review.

Thank You

Officer Garza"

Since then - no touches, no emails, no letters.

(Priority Date - June 29th)

I emailed again a couple of days ago. Just tired...

That picture reminded me of the office where I took my citizenship exam about 4 years ago, it looked pretty much the same, I'm not kidding, the folders were everywhere in the room (it was in San Francisco). The officer that examined me was very friendly and helpful, though. It's not their fault, I'm sure they do their job, it's the government that spits on its citizens.

My petitions (one each for my wife and her two daughters) were also transferred from CSC to TSC. NOA1 8/13/2010. Transferred 11/3/2010. Yesterday was three days past the 5 month average processing time quoted for both service centers. National informed me that such transfers are not supposed to delay the overall processing times. So I have initiated service requests for the petitions, and am told I can check back with National after 30 to 45 days. From the posts, looks like a lot of this is happening.
