it upsets me greatly every time i call that automated system says wait 180 days after transfer... i know it's garbage but i feel compelled to tell them every time that their system is making grave error :ranting:

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Hello all,

Well, it's our anniversary today, and it would be great to get the Text message that we're approved from the additional review. I have figured it out, 1 year since we were married. 50 days together since we said I do.. 1 baby on the way. So we were pretty productive during those 50 days together. I'd love to be able to call my wife tonight and tell her, that we are approved. Of course I also figure that we might get approved by the time we no longer qualify for the CR-1 that we applied for, and are approved for the IR-1. Just with the way things have been moving, it's my real guess at this point. Of course TSC could give us a surprise anniversary present.. and give us that approval. (hint-hint).. But at least we've made it thru the first one, and after this first years fiasco.. I think we have a very long time together.. we'll laugh about this on our 50th anniversary.. LOL..

Congratulations on your anniversary!

Has anybody idea how many days do TSC take to reply the email ?

I emailed to CSC, TSC and USCIS Headquarter yesterday. However I just got reply from CSC and the officer wrote nothing but the meaningless stuff. I am still waiting for TSC or headquarter's response.

I purposely sent emails separately and did not do CC or BCC.

My reply was from Garza was less than 18 hrs from the time I sent my email to god and everybody..............

I'm starting to thing a good many of us may be approved, but just haven't been OFFICIALLY told....good.gif

lol here's a little more something to get you spinning.....

if they approve your i-129F and not the i-130 that's a very good thing, make your interview appointment FAST if you just want to be together FAST ;)

you'll skip NVC and go straight to embassy/consulate interview

Waiting since July 9th.

i understand... paperwork-wise we too have been since july but waiting-wise we've been waiting much longer because we chose to wait till he finished his degree before filing the paperwork = stupid move i see now.

plus there was a little holdup from his family i dont like to think about :ranting:

i got the one who had her hooves propped up on her desk (probably on our petitions!) for 8 days before answering email. Terrible grammar, but she certainly chose 4 very nice colors and fonts for her signature file; too bad she made a typo in her JOB TITLE (obviously NOT a perfectionist). I might have admired the colors and fonts had she not done it while she should have been working on petitions we are awaiting approval

such a shame i cant send a sound byte telling her to get her big hooves off my petition, put her jelly doughnut down, and get back to work. yeah, i know the petition would end up in file 13, but some days i dont care... this is one of those days.

here is my fav sentence of the whole email:

"Please be assured that we are working proficiently, as we are expeditiously on each case. "

 okie dokie
