Just had an email from our lawyer.

I think things are close for us, and all of us.

Maybe they DO approve, and then take a while to input into the system like yours Jenny - wasn't yours completed on the 14th, but not mailed to you until the 19th? I'm hoping that Officer Garza does her/his bit today. I suspect there is a lag between approvals and the submission to the computer system.

The latest email from our lawyer said:

I contacted the immigration office today in regards to the I-130application.

Shesaid that the review of the case was completed on 1/19/2011, 2 days ago. Theapproval however is still pending.

BITING our nails to the knuckle here...

What about if everyone is approved? It took them more then 20 days to put int the system the petitions they had from CSC. They reviewed them til Xtmas holidays, so since begining of Jan they are entering the approvals in to it.

Stom biting your nails, you need them to play the guitar

I kinda wondered exactly the same thing, and that was due to an early response about them giving us their decision whe "they have updated their systems".

Makes you wonder....

Yes, well, I think I may just break the strings if I played right now!! I am REALLY hoping for a good run of approvals later on...good.gif

It sounds like it's been approved but not entered into the system yet!! The email I got from USCIS said they mailed the notice on the 14th (which I have yet to receive but I might get it today) but the site wasn't updated until the 19th.

All in all it really does sound like you've been approved!! I truly hope this is the case!!

Yes, we got approval for expedite. The email address is the standard TSC dhs followup from the USCIS website.

Best of luck.

That's fantastic - good luck with the next steps. I hope it all goes quickly for you.

I was afraid of the processing volume's chart, according to their rules, we can complaint after 6 months on hold, so can you imagine how stressed they are if they can't complete 36000 files til the end of Jan? They cannot afford having that much of complaints...it can ruin them. In every company, private or gov, there is a production chart, a results chart.

Fingers crossed because my logic may not be theirs

Has anybody idea how many days do TSC take to reply the email ?

I emailed to CSC, TSC and USCIS Headquarter yesterday. However I just got reply from CSC and the officer wrote nothing but the meaningless stuff. I am still waiting for TSC or headquarter's response.

I purposely sent emails seperately and did not do CC or BCC.

Hi Lucas34 - I would wait until you hit the 5 months; otherwise they tend to dismiss you because you're not technically out of processing time yet. Even once you hit 5 months, some people have gotten replies that they're not far enuf outside of processing time yet. :) So I'd wait at minimum til you hit 5 months. Hope this helps.

sorry im just a bit confuse here so if my file was 5 months at CSC and now 2 months at TSC should be a good time for me to email them yet?

Looking at the Volume Trend of CSC at best in a given month in 2010 has completed 34K cases and worst month 8K cases. So if we put into consideration that TSC started adjudicating at the end of November, than thats about 2 months till now. So I'm guessing by the end of this month most everyone will be adjudicated. Worst case would be the end of February.
