Hi Lucas34 - I would wait until you hit the 5 months; otherwise they tend to dismiss you because you're not technically out of processing time yet. Even once you hit 5 months, some people have gotten replies that they're not far enuf outside of processing time yet. So I'd wait at minimum til you hit 5 months. Hope this helps.

Yes, good advice. They won't entertain you without a Service Request being raised beforehand, and they tell you to wait 180 days before they will raise a SR.

Fyi: NVC was closed Mon, closed half day Tues, and is closed today. Tues and today due to weather. Hopefully next week will have less snow and mail will be delivered.

Unfortunately, there's no real email address for Officer Garza. We have mailed the usual TSC follow up email after our SR was over 45 days, with knock backs everytime. Until this morning.....

Proof that approvals aren't everything. It truly is just the start. I feel for you, and hope things improve next week for all of you who are waiting for NVC.
