Hello friends..

I sent my email to my congress person and last night I send an inquiry to TSC. Well I just received an email saying

the only emails i'm getting (and getting a bunch) look like SPAM! from USCIS! looks like someone has let a monkey loose and it's pushing a bunch of wrong keys :crying:

i've gotten emails on how to apply for grants and all kinds of BS and quite franly getting PISSED at getting emails that have nothing to do with my petition but from USCIS

I just got one....and my heartbeat shot up - and it was just SPAM....wacko.gif

If my sister was working at DHS, I wouldn't wait 6-months then send an email to somebody at USCIS in DC. That's just me though. I'm not buying any of this tomfoolery.

Yesterdays approvals came through at 7.15pm EST, 12.15am GMT.

45 minutes to go.

There IS a school of thought though, that says approvals are only sent out on Wednesday & Friday, so SqdGns and Xelance may have to wait a while longer.

I'm sticking around for a while though....good.gif

07-24-2010: NOA1 with priority date of 7-18-2010

11-02-2010: Cases Transferred to Texas

11-24-2010: Both cases touched

01-17-2011: Got pissed off and wrote letter to Congressman Sarbanes

01-19-2011: Received response from Congressman telling us the case had been assigned to an officer and to wait 45-60 days.

01-27-2011: NOA2? FINALLY!!!

02-08-2011: Case sent to NVC

02-10-2011: NVC Case Numbers received

02-10-2011: Received email form Consulate in Managua stating that they would request our case from NVC so that we can do all the NVC paperwork with the Consulate and skip the NVC processing wait.

02-11-2011: Sent case numbers to US Consulate in Managua

I think Skynaut got his approval around 11.30 EST, so maybe there is no set pattern....I'm totally OCD on this. ....

Right. And if I remember correctly, a few people got their approval at like 10:30EST. I just can't take the suspense anymore!!!! :blink:

I wonder if they run just ONE batch process. In other words, when we hear of approvals and ours hasn't happened, is that it for the day I wonder??

Augh! 190 days since filing receipt date!

I really feel for you guys out there that's been trudging along longer than me! Man!

However, it has been encouraging over the past couple of days to see some approvals of those in the same general processing time frames.... God willing it won't be much longer!

Do most of you out there have legal council working with you on your case? I'm curious if it's made any difference in attempts to extract details from the Service Centers.

USCIS Journey (223 days):

03/31/10: Married mi hermosa angelito!

07/14/10: Notice Date (NOA1)

11/02/10: Transfer Notice (moved to TSC)

11/29/10: Touch

02/17/11: Received e-mail update - Transferring back to CSC

02/23/11: Approval!!/Post Decision Activity

03/01/11: Received hard-copy NOA2 for cases. Has been forwarded to the Dept. of State NVC!

03/09/11: Case(s) at NVC!

NVC Process (78 days)

03/10/11: Case #'s assigned! Woot!

03/31/11: 1 year wedding anniversary!

04/20/11: Attorney submitting IV application to NVC

04/21/11: DS-260 receipt confirmation e-mail received

05/25/11: Received "checklist" e-mail (asking for AOS docs...but already submitted)

05/26/11: SIF when logging-in to payment portal (all 3 cases!)

05/27/11: Case Complete!

Medical / Consulate Interview

06/03/11: Interview date scheduled for July 8, 2011 !!! Augh! Wow!

06/9&13/11: Biometrics (fingerprints) appointment

ok... i rec'd a candyazz canned response to an email i sent many moons ago and i unloaded and replied back.... we'll see where that gets me, buried never to be seen again or some action. at this point i dont care. feel like life is over.

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.
