I think that 36.000 petitions are with the I129F sent together with I130(CR1/K3) and these could be less that 36.000. As me and my wife did both of them, an I assume that others made the same this means less than 36000 since the background check is only one even if are 36000 petitions

Good morning from England. Well, after just 3 hours sleep, checking emails every ten minutes, we await another day. Yesterday was exciting for everyone, as we now know that TSC is definitely moving forward with our petitions. There is no reset, they just got behind due to the influx of 36,000 petitions in November.

Will we have another exciting day today? My gut says no. I once read on here where the bulk of approvals come through on Wednesdays and Fridays. Well, that is probably a rubbish theory, but I am trying not to get my hopes up too much. Slowly but surely our little batch of people are being approved. Is it because of pressure from all sources, or would it have happened anyway? I guess we'll never really know. I'm just praying that we get another batch of people approved within the next two days. Naturally, I hope one of those is us, but I send my best wishes and good luck to everyone on here, and hope for great things today and tomorrow.

Let the day begin....good.gif

They told us yesterday that we are 28 days over the processing time, but actually we are 6 months and 2 days , but I don't trust them any more because all the time you get a different answer from them. Imagine that at our info pass this Tuesday they told us that last time our case was worked on it on 13 January and that the case will be forwarded to Bucharest Embassy. :bonk: How come is possible to skip NVC? Huh... Yesterday we have made a SR to expedite our case , it was the first SR accepted by them for us, and they will contact us in 15 days and if not we must call back .

The wierd part is that Tina called NCSC on 4th Jan & placed a SR for our case. On 7th Jan we get this email & we thought that this was just a record of their conversation..

The status of this service request is:

Thank you for contacting our office. We have received your application from the Western Service Center of USCIS. After we update our database, your application will be assigned to an officer. You will receive a decision or notice of other action once processing is complete.

So on 4th Jan, the NCSC rep had asked her to callback on 19th Jan, if we don't hear anything back. So she called up yesterday & they told her that the email we got was indeed their response!! Are they in their senses!! What can anyone understand from that!!?? So, until 7th Jan no one looked at our case!! We are so much trouble!! Ahhh..seems like we are hitting a stone wall!! BTW NCSC rep told her yestareday that, 6 months is the normal processing time according to their standards!! BS!!

That was one of the emails we got. I don't think they have much clue what they are doing. I'm hoping they have had trainers down from CSC. They seem to be at least getting the approval emails correct. It's still worth noting though, from all the approvals at TSC - only one has reached the NVC stage. It's long and arduous...

Yep..exactly!! They are indeed clueless on how to approve IR1/CR1 petitions @ TSC & what to tell the customers(us) at their service ceneter!! Well, seeing the latest numbers..36000(pending)/400(completed) for TSC was really disheartening and guess what there's a Nov 2010 petitioner who got approved from CSC yesterday!! This just makes me sick!! GOD..why us!?
