Jenny: It says Nov 10 (up until?). Since most of us were transfered around Nov 2, then they wouldn't have had time to process our applications (by Nov 10). This is the first time that I have seen these charts. Do you know when Dec 10 will be posted? Thanks.

If you call for a service request they actually say to wait 180 days from the date of your transfer to inquiry about your case when before that it said 180 from priority date. I spoke to a Tier 2 rep and we plain ask her because we file in July and it has been six months. They said to count from the date of transfer. It was not out of processing time. My husband clearly asked if we need to wait 5 months and she said it could be less but that was the official time frame. So that explains why our cases haven't been touched once since November 29 and still in initial review. I spoke to a friend who works for an immigration lawyer and she said it seems that yes it was reset when you get transferred just like the officer said. Unfortunately you are part of the batch it was tranferred

If so, they woudn't write in the NOA transfer that it was to speed up the process

Unless the "speeding up of the process" was one of a series of "clerical errors".

-In which case we've all formulated expectations based on an erroneous statement.

You are right, but they did not write a priority date either.. I am just sharing what I was told. I am hoping for the best, but I also want to be realistic. If indeed was to speed up the process, they sure not know how to do that. People from August and september are being approved in CSC.. its just TSC.. Like I said before my friend who filed CSC and was not tranferred got approval almost three months after...

On hold with USCIS now, already spoke to a Tier 1 CSR, she was friendly and apologetic to my situation. She has transferred me to a Tier 2 and I have been holding for 10 minutes now.

I have an appointment with a client this afternoon and when I am done, I am going directly to Congressman Rohrabacher's office. I have copies of everything to dump on his lap (probably and aide though).

Then, again, if so the 36000 petitions would be in the receipts column

You have a medical expedite. CSC could complete that in 15 days if they wanted to. I wouldn't even send originals, just the copies of what you sent originally (I-130 and Biographicals), along with copies of NOA1, Transfer notice, and expedite approval. Tell them TSC is unresponsive and you're tired of waiting. Maybe include a copy of the cashed check from your bank's website. I actually think CSC is not crazy, you will be approved quickly.

yes, we could do that and attach a cover letter. It MAY work....not sure we dare do it....

As we say in the UK - they moved the goalposts....

It's ridiculous, does this therefore mean if we are transferred to Vermont after 4 more months, that they can reset the whole thing again?

There HAS to be some movement by the Ombudsman here.....

Ok my friends I know I am the newbie here. This is the thing. This is my time line if someone wants to add me to the spreadshet.

July 4th - I sent package

Priority Date -July 6th

Notice day- July 14 NOA1

Nov 02- Transfer notice date

Nov 08- I received hard copy

Nov 24- Received email from TSC saying that my case was transferred and this office will make a decision.

Nov 29- Last Updated

Ok I have been waiting for 6 months and 1 week..

No reading through the emails and notices. I find that yes.. the clock is reset.

Why I say this, because the first time I called, the lady told my husband since he is the petitioner that I was outside the time frame and I was supposed to receive a call within 30 days. Well, 11 days have passed and nothing. One of my friends told me to expedite and that is when I look at this post to ask for advice. we called last week to request an expedite and now when you call customer service they say to wait 180 from the transfer to get an update. They did not have that the previos week.I am sure they are getting bombarded with questions.

Anyways, the lady told me that they were om time since november 2nd and my husband told him why they told us last week it was outside the processing time. She told us that unfortunately we were in the thousands of applicants that get transferred. Then we tried the expedite and she read to us a bunch of rules they have and she asked us if we have medical reasons. We told them, we needed to expedite because I have a down syndrome baby. She requires therapy. Since my visa expired while being in the usa, I have to leave to go to the consulate for interview and applied for a waiver. So my husband said that if I dont leave the country in the summer and that is why we applied in July because we were tld it takes about a year, I would have to leave in the middle of the school years and if I am away more than 40 days out of the country my daughter DS looses her spot in her theraphy and we have to reapply to the programs. All my kids are us citizens and my husband too. The lady said that she will send me a form within 5 days. I haven't received anything yet.. but what do you guys think... sorry it took so long, I just need to talk to someone besides my hubby about it.

Added you! Thanks for your dates.
