Nov stats are up on the USCIS website. Check them out here.

Looks like our TSC friends completed 400 cases that month and have 35,000+ pending.

Uuuuggghhh

Now we have facts & figures, the trend graph is empty til November. Either there's only 1 employee working in TSC, or they are in deep sh****. My advice is to add a copy of both trend and volume graphs to any corresponce to any gov. representative.

Good luck everyone

Which will take them 90 months if they only do 400 per month!! Ridiculous! I can see us all being scattered over the whole USA before long.

The thing is - they HAVE to go in order don't they??? Surely....

I guess we just have to be hard on them and keep everybody giving them hell back

and also keep bugging them and calling & calling more and more.

400 since than.

Maybe better to with drawn the case AND START OVER AT LEAST I WILL GAIN A MONTH

IN TIME FASTER THAN WAITING THERE 4 TO 6 MORE MONTH TO GET TO US.

DCF maybe the better way to go.

US embassy is the one to ask.

Anyway e mails an Government officials arent doing anything also.

SO we can only deal with it until they appprove us.

Good Luck !

Wow, didn't we just draw the short straw....helpsmilie.gif

I think it looks that way because for who knows how many months they've had very few I130 forms to process (< 100?) and then all of a sudden WHAM. Super increase.

Yes, November will be an anomaly, as they spent all month inputting our data. I think it's pretty clear now though, that we have been reset. The letter we got from the USCIS regarding "speeding up processing" - there has to be some legal recourse to that I would thing. It's clearly not true.

Laurel has no information for us about the TSC transfers. No surprise there then...NO ONE can get through to them!

Ok my friends I know I am the newbie here. This is the thing. This is my time line if someone wants to add me to the spreadshet.

July 4th - I sent package

Priority Date -July 6th

Notice day- July 14 NOA1

Nov 02- Transfer notice date

Nov 08- I received hard copy

Nov 24- Received email from TSC saying that my case was transferred and this office will make a decision.

Nov 29- Last Updated

Ok I have been waiting for 6 months and 1 week..

No reading through the emails and notices. I find that yes.. the clock is reset.

Why I say this, because the first time I called, the lady told my husband since he is the petitioner that I was outside the time frame and I was supposed to receive a call within 30 days. Well, 11 days have passed and nothing. One of my friends told me to expedite and that is when I look at this post to ask for advice. we called last week to request an expedite and now when you call customer service they say to wait 180 from the transfer to get an update. They did not have that the previos week.I am sure they are getting bombarded with questions.

Anyways, the lady told me that they were om time since november 2nd and my husband told him why they told us last week it was outside the processing time. She told us that unfortunately we were in the thousands of applicants that get transferred. Then we tried the expedite and she read to us a bunch of rules they have and she asked us if we have medical reasons. We told them, we needed to expedite because I have a down syndrome baby. She requires therapy. Since my visa expired while being in the usa, I have to leave to go to the consulate for interview and applied for a waiver. So my husband said that if I dont leave the country in the summer and that is why we applied in July because we were tld it takes about a year, I would have to leave in the middle of the school years and if I am away more than 40 days out of the country my daughter DS looses her spot in her theraphy and we have to reapply to the programs. All my kids are us citizens and my husband too. The lady said that she will send me a form within 5 days. I haven't received anything yet.. but what do you guys think... sorry it took so long, I just need to talk to someone besides my hubby about it.

I just got an interesting answer from Laurel on my question regarding our expedited I130 and lack of action.

She suggests we file a NEW I-130 with expedite documents and claim ours is stuck in Texas. She has NO idea what is going on at TSC.

I'll post the full transcript when it becomes available.

You are right ..reading all of this.. yeah. I do believe that our clock was reset. I was looking on my transfer notice and there is not priority date anymore. I guess we have to sit and wait for another 5 months. I do not even want to think I filed on July. I am going to star thinking I filed in November 24.. that way I do not get frustrated. I hope everyone in this post, unite in prayer and ask God for an open door for us the ones waiting. It is very unfortunate, my friend lives in the same state as I do .. Texas and she applied just a few months ago and she is already doing her medical exam. I cant help feeling a little mad to see how some people get it first than us. Oh well...I just pray for everyone in this post to keep calm and the Lord to give us peace and patience. He know the plans he has for us. I know that many will have their own opinions, and call the senators and mail this and that, but we still need to pray to the Lord that has the control over everything. My faith helps get through tough times. and I really believe in miracles. Let pray that the hands of those people that probably have our apps on the bottom of the pile, will speed up and the Lord will touch their heart to say.. oh these people have been waiting long enough.... I just have to hold on on something and that is God. I have learned to really get to know you a little bit by your post... lets continue to be there for each other.

because we are expedited, I think she is saying send another I-130, with out documents, and it should go through very quickly.

My problem with that is:

1. It costs money.

2. We could get turned DOWN this time for expedite and we'd be even further behind.

I think the REAL answer to the TSC problem is exactly as outlined by Jenny's senator (I think it was Jenny).

They got 35,000 cases in November, the took three weeks to input them, and they have been given 5 months to work on them.

Contrary to what our letter said about "speeding up", I feel our time HAS indeed been reset. It appears we can do nothing at all about it.

It appears we all filed on November 26th. We've been screwed people.
