I hope TSC proves me wrong...

but I don't see anyone get approved this week...

plus tomorrow is Veterans Day... and I'm sure they will not be in working mood for Friday...

so we might as well start looking ahead for next week...

JP

If it's anything like my office, 75% of the employees will probably take Friday off...and the ones that are left aren't going to do a damn thing!

IR-5

over the rest of november and december we can plan on them working about 3 weeks :-(

hopefully they're feeling generous ... rubber stamp "approved"... "approved"... "approved"....

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

i doubt too much work will be getting done during the holiday thanksgiving/christmas/new year period.

something i just noticed this morning as i was scanning the new receipts in (i keep backup of EVERYTHING)... did anyone else notice a change of date on theirs? my "receipt date" on the transfer notice does not match my "received date" (i.e. priority date) of original NOA1 :( perhaps gives them some extra processing time this way by making the original look rec'd later...?

Yes, I noticed that, too. My priority date on my NOA1 is 7/16 and on the transfer notice the receipt date is 7/24...
