I'm of the mind that nothing of what we're told is true, and we'll be approved when they want us to be.

I am a little more optimistic today for some reason, even though the approvals have dried up.

I just know that we're closer now than we were in July, and every day HAS to be a step closer.

One day, when we least expect it - it will happen.

I like that! good.gif be optimistic and it will happen for sure! The good thing is as you say that we have waited 5 months already and could get an approval any time. I feel sorry for those people who have just started their journey, they dont know what is waiting for them LOL For us, we are definitely gonna get there soon! [When I feel bad that we haven't yet been approved, I look back at July and see how much we have waited already, it makes me happier, i feel I am closer now to the finish line hehe]

Just remember guys even if your approved today NVC is also in a mess we recieved our noa2 november 23 and still have no case number so you will go from waiting to waiting again

Thanks yes. You, DanTes & U&S I believe are in the same situation. Do you think this is an NVC problem, or a TSC problem? I notice the CSC approvals seem to be getting through NVC OK?

I just did like you guys suggested and filed for expedite service request on the grounds of USCIS error, through a tier 1 CS rep. They did not ask for a specific error. Said they would respond in 5 days. Much better than the "out of processing" SR of 30 days that I put in some days ago, but still teats on a bull I'm guessing. That's 2 SRs, the ombudsman form 7001, and tomorrow I'll send in the paperwork to my Senator who responded yesterday. They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but I hope nobody over there takes revenge on my case file.

Texas is the problem not NVC I am sure if the NVC had recieved the files our journey, dantes, and u&s would be finished

I am wondering who is the subject in this form 7001 :unsure: . Should i write my info (petitioner) or my wife's info (beneficiary)? Form says that subject "The person this case problem is about who is seeking the immigration benefit.". It sounds like my wife name should go there but then section 16 ask for a signature of subject (at this point i don't want to name my wife as a subject because i don't want to wait to get her signature). Please :help: let me know so i can send this tomorrow.

I asked some bookmakers here in Vegas what kind of odds they would give on USCIS approvals within the next month. They said they wouldn't touch it!!! Just kidding. Some days I'm up; some days I'm down......I am an independent driver for FEDEX, Network, Midnite Express, etc....and I sometimes find myself talking to my GPS. Anyway, still praying that USCIS finishes the processing of ALL our cases, and forwards them to NVC SOON!!

NATURALIZATION

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

I agree with you, Texas a the problem. They were once a Republic and can secede from the Union on any given Sunday, which is probably why they think they can treat us this way. But more specifically TSC is the problem.

Texas is the problem not NVC I am sure if the NVC had recieved the files our journey, dantes, and u&s would be finished
