yeah my attorney said i have to be careful how i do it, YEs it will save a 2 months unless USCIS and TSc and NVC get there act together and get me done. It later here Thursday night so i have to call the Embassy or e mail them Firday and wait for there reply what they say first. But you can change to DCF if you meet the requirements. :)

After the mess that USCIS have left us in, we should all be given the opportunity to DCF irrespective of the requirements. It's the least they could do.

Yes, I believe we've been pending for a few months now. Early December we were just days away we were told.

However, I AM impressed at the speed of response there!

I've never been so cynical in my entire life.

Having said that, I DO think we're all so very close, and the bulk of us will be approved by the end of January - my optimistic gut tells me that....whistling.gif

The new cost for the I-130 went to $420 now but i dont think you have to refile. I'm waiting on my attorney to let me know if i have to refile it or not, just take the paer work there with my I-797c and show them with the paper work.

that would be absolutely a Godsend...but I am not counting on it =/ I am counting on paying the $420...but whenever you find out from your attorney, please let me know! I would greatly appreciate it.

Hehe I don;t know what to believe now :) I have been thinking today what's the point of having customer service if they do not know any useful information? LOL Seems like every person at USCIS gives different info to us LOL They probably have no idea we share it here hahaha

I'm of the mind that nothing of what we're told is true, and we'll be approved when they want us to be.

I am a little more optimistic today for some reason, even though the approvals have dried up.

I just know that we're closer now than we were in July, and every day HAS to be a step closer.

One day, when we least expect it - it will happen.
