I have feeling that those who got answer like "your petition is undo final review", "ordered to processing" will get good news very soon, maybe within 2 weeks. you shouldnt worry. Those who got auto reply like "we got your petition", "we actively processing" they will wait longer their turn.

you can worry.

PS: So miss my husband :(. dont remember when i smiled last time and when went out. SKype is our life now, every day all free time is in skype with him.

worries and headache are the part of life now. My mom tryed yesterday cheer me up saying "Oh, you are young, you should enjoy life... ". How???

what if they mess, what if they deny, what if something bad happens...

nobody outside this topic knows what we feel :(

I hear you - you just put all our lives into words there. Our lives are on PAUSE, but when the redemption comes, it will be so sweet. I have aged about 15 years in my head going through this, but we'll pull though. We are SO much closer now, than five months ago, and every day that goes by, we are closer to getting our lives back.

Here is my guess at what is going on Jenny.

TSC have a stack of approved petitions, but they need inputting onto the system, and then getting ready to be sent to NVC. I think yesterday, with yours for example, like Skynaut before you, you managed to attract the attention of an officer, who, as stated in the email PULLED your file from the stack of approvals, and then had it in putted onto the system. In other words, you were already approved on the 14th, as was Ricky, but your persistence drove them to getting your records into the system.

That's my guess for what it's worth....

Touchwood!! Sounds so out of the way, but I still hope it's so very true!!:unsure:

The last touch I got was on 11/29 for I-130. I had sent a SR in on 12 Dec and received a response back by letter on 03 Jan indicating that my petition was under review and not to contact USCIS until 9-12 month after the letter was received. Then last night I got the Text/Email that our petition was approved on Jan 14th. I was getting ready to put the glove on and come out swinging, but TSC's coach threw in their towel.

From the email I sent last night, the following addresses were undeliverable:

oluinquiries@dhs.com: User unknown

USCIS-NER-Communityrelations@dhs.gov User unknown

I got canned response from the following:

tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

wro.communityrelations@dhs.gov

The addresses were acquired from Gary's post from last week and USCIS web site.

Interesting. I used the same email addresses, but got no "undeliverable" follow up. Have they taken them offline I wonder?

I love the work we're all doing, and I am sure it is leading to results. I HOPE for your approval SqdGns. Good luck to all of us.

WOW, you got the 9-12 months email and were approved!!

THAT is going to please a LOT of people, and give renewed hope to many.

More proof that TSC haven't the slightest clue on the template emails they are sending!
