WHAT??? Transfer date is priority date???? Personally I do not believe what your senator was told is true. Our priority date is not when we were transferred to TSC, they told your senator [senator representative actually] total BS! If our priority actually was the transfer date, so they would not allow us to open a SR, which could be opened just after 5months are over! That's first. And 2nd, from all those who contacted USCIS what responses did we get? The majority was total nonsenses, just few of them were worth attention, so I am sure someone who was not very competent talked to your senator and told those stupid things about the transfer date.No one knows for sure what is going on there just those people who transferred our cases. That's my personal opinion!

Anyways, thanks for letting us know. I will post when we hear smth from our senator. Wonder what he will tell us LOL

Yes, for what it's worth, I don't believe a word, as we have had approvals. What annoys me is that TSC had the nerve to "hoodwink" our senator into thinking WE were the ones who were at fault for complaining too early. It has delayed our senators urgency on the case due to incorrent info from TSC.

However, we have her FULL attention now.

I just get the impression however, that NO ONE can get through and do anything here, and THAT is very frustrating!

I asked her direct about the situ and CSC/TSC mess. She's not been aware of it prior to today, and told me she is going to make enquiries into what going on, and post them on the news section of her website.

She also said that anyone with an attorney can get them to contact the AILA liaison for TSC to find out more.

She said if its a mass thing, give them time to fix it, BUT she isnt aware of the specifics on here. Id call that relatively valuable info.

See, she even admitted she didn't know about it, so...So what are you going to do about it now?

Ive done more than I had to mate.

She admitted as you put it, she just said she wasnt aware of it, period. now she is making enquiries, if my info and questions werent enough for you - maybe you have some better ideas, if you do, thats great.

Perhaps you can spend the next couple of hours digging for info on tsc liaison instead. that'll save me doing it.

Not to mention you've now got one of the recognised top immigration attorneys going to find out what is going on, because people have asked her so. Not bad for free is it, especially when her fee is a fair sum!
