Thanks for the support everyone...I think Steven will go for his interview some time next week, which will give him the chance to get his medical/police stuff done while I fill out the I-134 and send it on over. He picked up packet 3 from the embassy today...I'm slightly nervous about the interview only because he gets nervous under pressure...we have more than enough "evidence" of our relationship though i think [e-mails, cards, phone bills, prior apartment we lived together in, plane tickets, etc.]

My biggest concern is my I-134! I started my full-time job August 14th [as I've been a student for the past 3 years]...hence, I only have a couple thousand bucks in my savings account [i had thousands but with all the trips to belize and phone bills, my account dwindled], and about 10,000 in stocks...i have a decent amount of personal property [like car, compuer, etc.] but no real estate...I told the embassy my situation but they insisted that the K-3 doesn't require a co-sponsor...can they deny the visa because I'm not swimming in money? [my dad agreed to be a co-sponsor if necessary, but the embassy said i don't need a sponsor...help....!]
