Good day everyone, i want to know if anyone recently got a reply from the KINGSTON EMBASSY by emails? i have send them like 2 emails about a questions i have for over 2 weeks now and i have not gotten any responds.... Please anyone let me know....thanks..

I have learned that depending on the question is what they will answer.

In the end they do reply.

I've sent emails and received a reply in one day and once it took them 3 weeks.

I would just reply on top of your original email. If you have a case open remember to include your case number and full name.

I too have emailed them and gotten a response within the 24 hours and now sent another email yesterday and now waiting for a reply...I would say if you have been waiting for 2 weeks...keep sending emails or attempt to call them. That seems like way too long. Good luck.

I wonder if there is something causing a delay there? I have emailed them in the past and gotten a reply within a few days. Now I emailed them a week ago and have not gotten a reply yet.

YES I received a reply the next day at 10am. I was given a date for November 23, 2010 @ 1:30pm. I emailed them back at 11am on 11/9 and I'm still awaiting a reply.

I've sent numerous emails and the only response I get is the automated email reply. I saw that you mentioned in another post that you have called the embassy. What number did you use and how long did it take before you reached someone? The embassy website says they will not answer visa questions by phone but at this point I need some answers. If I don't hear something soon I'm going start contacting my political reps.

Okay the automated message is a good things... it's like a receipt of your email. I would say call the embassy but true you will not get any information cause related because they are unable to verify who they are talking with it seems and I guess they need the e-trail.

The one for citizen concerns or something like that is the only one that responded to say that they do not handle visa issues and that I need to use the kingstonivinfo email. I have sent emails with 2nd and 3rd inquiry with still no response except the automated one.

I can understand if there were issues from the interview that need to be resolved. I'm even fairly certain that the question about my income can be resolved with some other form of documentation of my income. But it's extremely frustrating that I can't even get someone to respond and tell me exactly what needs to be done.

did u receive a reply? I emailed the embassy 1st on 11/2 and I got a reply on 11/9.... Emailed them again on 11/9 and got a reply on 11/16.

The embassy responded on the 7th day on both times.
