Trouble with online NVC payment system

Hi,

I received my invoice from the NVC and have tried many times the online payment system. When I click on the button to pay invoice (after checking the box) I get returned to the same page. I have not had luck trying to call yet, so thought I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem. I just established communication yesterday with NVC (by e-mail). Is it possible that I have to wait to hear from them again about that, or is this a technology glitch?

Thanks for answering!

I'm not sure what browser you're currently using, but a lot of people suggest using IE when using the payment portal. If you're already using IE or after trying it with IE and it still doesn't work, you might have to wait a bit.

I agree with checking your browser. I typically use Firefox, but many times websites are designed for better use with Internet Explorer.

Yeah, whenever I log onto USCIS to check for any touches, I always use IE even though Firefox is my main browser. The USCIS website loads so much faster on IE than Firefox. Most government sites are coded for IE, thus they work better on that browser. So when dealing with the government, use IE.
