Looks like we're all interviewing around the same time. My interview's on April 1! Got the notice yesterday.

April cannot come any sooner

Nov. 5: Sent AOS Package

Nov 17: AOS received by USCIS

April 1: INTERVIEW DAY. Approved!!!!!!

Early June: Moved to New York City. The only relevant city in the world ;)

Received interview letter today for march 10th...no news yet on EAD

I received e-mail, GC production order.

I went to infopass in this morning since the due date for RFE is comming soon but UCIS web site still shows initial review, never said "received RFE". The officer accessed their internal system and told me my case became post decision activity "yesterday". Then, just now my case on web site was finally updated. haha, it seems i do not need to go to the infopass in this morning.

I hope everybody here get the approval at the interview. If your case becomes further review and you want to know your status after a certain time, i recommend you to go to the infopass. The ofiicer told me I could not see any update on the web site during my case was in the local office.

Received my wife's SSN about 1 week ago. But still no notice from USCIS about interview date yet. Kind of odd since we did our biometrics end of Jan. It's been about 5-6 weeks. Is that normal waiting time? I am going to give their hotline a call tomorrow. Hope no one lost the letter in the process.

It took just over two months from biometrics to interview letter for me.

2010-11-18: sent AOS package to Chicago lockbox

2010-12-04: received NOA1 letters

2010-12-10: received biometrics appointment letter

2010-12-27: attended biometrics appointment

2011-02-04: Advance Parole receipt appeared online, in "Post-Decision Activity" state

2011-02-07: EAD receipt appeared online, in "Card/Document Production" state

2011-02-10: received Advance Parole letter

2011-02-11: notification of EAD activity, state: "Card/Document Production"

2011-02-14: notification of EAD activity, state: "Post Decision Activity"

Got a verbal approval yesterday on my interview for my AOS from the IO. Interview was smooth, just asked a few questions about the application I sent and asked me the name of my parents. Also she noticed that my wife and I have been married for five years already and saw that our marriage was valid. The whole process was stressful for me from the beginning due to my situation about overstaying and the length of the overstay, but when the interview was over, such a heavy load was taken of my shoulder. My wife and I also came well dress and prepared, had copies of everything, so that made the IO officer appreciate us being prepared. It took longer to wait in the waiting room than the actual interview, interview was five minutes max. I thank God for all his help.

We just got out of our interview. The man only wanted copies of our children's birth certificates and to see my husbands passport. He did not ask to see anything else. He saidmy husband was approved for the 10yr card and even gave him a Welcome to the United States booklet!

As of today no further progress.

I called USCIS inr eagrd to my I-485 and as told that the Texas office is currently working on August applications.

Just weird that other posters here from Texas are further ahead than me...

Also I got confirmation that my I-765 should have been processed in 3month, but since no one has replied to the service request from 02/17 they can not give me an update.

But I got contacted from the office of our Congressman with the offer to help.

So let's see if I finally get a Biometric letter and EAD (I don't even dare taking about the GC right now)...

04/2006 - came to US as L1 employee

04/2010 - got married

11/2010 - submitted AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

05/2011 - Welcome letter arrived in the mail

11/2017 - Filed for naturalization (Online Houston office)

11/2017 - Biometrics

06/2018 - Interview (passed)

06/2018 - Case approved notification

We had our interview yesterday and were approved!!! Woohoooo :)

02/21/99 Hubby entered with F1 student visa D/S

May 2002 He stopped attending school because he couldn't afford it any longer.

03?/2002 USC sibling I-130 petition

02/2009 Met hubby

08/2009 Sibling petition approved but ineligible to adjust status due to overstay

07/10 Married :)

11/22/10 [day 0]- mailed AOS packet!! should be there by noon 11/23/2010

12/3/10 [day 11]- received email/text notification of acceptance from USCIS

12/3/10 hubby surprised me with a trip to Los Angeles for my birthday...no problems :)

12/6/10 [day 14]- received hard copy NOA1 in mail

12/7/10 [day 15]- checks cashed...ouch

12/15/10 [day 23]- rec'd biometrics appt set for Dec. 28th at 10 am! :)

12/28/10 [day 36]- successful biometrics appt

01/27/11 [day 66]- rec'd interview appt set for March 10th at 10 am :)

02/25/11 [day 95]- rec'd EAD

03/10/11 [day 109]- Interview, Green card approved!! :)

Next Step: Removing conditions in 2 years.

Hello,

I did my biometrics early january, had to move in emergency ( our house had a major leak which was making the whole house unsafe) and I cannot find my notice ( with the stamps ) what should I do? Is it really bad????
