Hey all! We are also November filers for my husband and step daughter. So far we have received one RFE for step daughter proof of legal entry and notice of card production of Work permit and today my husband received his advance parole in the mail. We have a slight dilemna however my step daughter is having a difficult time adjusting to life here and we have decided to send her back to live with her grandparents. Our concern is she does not have advanced parole and I understand she will be considered abandoning her application. If this is the case, A)Will this effect my husband's application in any way? and B)Will she ever be able to come into the country?

The entered on visa waiver program.

Wow, Lisa.Congrats. You can breathe a sigh of relief now

For removing conditions, you can file 90 days before the second anniversary of your green card. So basically you can start it in November 2012 :)

Gongrats!! That's awesome.

I have a question for people that sent in november and already got approval did you expedite? Because your cases went so quick. I'm getting worry and makes me wonder if there is something wrong with my applications.. Although i have my EAD card but no interview letter yet :(

After you have your green card 3 months before your 2 yrs anniversary you have to send I-751 form. Then you will get green card for 10 yrs.

And then you will get green card for 10 yrs. Make sure you will continue to collect proof of marriage like bank statements, bills etc.

Typed my EAD and AP numbers into USCIS Case Status and FINALLY they are in there.

EAD production ordered 7th February.

AP in post-decision activity (notification letter sent but not received)

This means, finally, I can assign some receipt numbers to my account on USCIS and get e-mail and mobile notifications of further activity.

My I-485 and I-130 receipt numbers are still not in there. Still, big relief that this is happening, pretty much exactly on the 90-day mark.

2011-02-04: Advance Parole receipt appeared online, in "Post-Decision Activity" state

2011-02-07: EAD receipt appeared online, in "Card/Document Production" state

2011-02-10: received Advance Parole letter

2011-02-11: notification of EAD activity, state: "Card/Document Production"

2011-02-14: notification of EAD activity, state: "Post Decision Activity"
