Despite the fact that I did not receive yet my NOA hard copies, I have been able to check online the status of my application.

all forms are under the "Initial review" status...there are no specifics other information so far....

You will receive it tomorrow or in a couple of days at the latest for sure.

11/8/10: Medical exam

11/12/10:Get married

11/19/10: I-693 sealed.It means my chest x ray is fine :)

11/20/10: Package [ I-130,I-485,I-765] sent to Lockbox

11/22/10 [Day 1]: Delivered there

11/29/10 [Day 7]: Return receipt from USPS

12/13/10 [Day 21]: Texts and email received [ after 21 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

12/16/10 [Day 24]: Snail copy received

12/18/10 [Day 26]: Every single form touched

12/20/10 [Day 28]: Biometrics letter received

1/13/11 [Day 51]: Biometrics done

1/24/11 [Day 62]: Biometrcis appointment received AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!I was like #######

2/04/11 [Day 72]: Second biometrics done

2/15/11 [Day 83]: EAD in production.

11/19/10 ------- Biometrics appointment letter received

12/06/10 ------- RFE for I-693 (I think the issue is that it was not signed. Called USCIS and will receive a letter in a few days explaining)

12/13/10 ------- Biometrics done

12/16/10 ------- EAD card in production (email)

12/20/10 ------- Received "Letter of Explanation" for RFE (Service Request to expedite my case. Called USCIS and was told to ignore that and just send in response to RFE.)

12/22/10 ------- Touch (Email for Post Decision Activity on EAD saying that a letter of approval has been mailed out)

12/24/10 ------- Received EAD in the mail

12/27/10 ------- Applied for SSN

12/31/10 ------- Received Interview letter

01/03/11 ------- Received SSN card in the mail

01/07/11 ------- Mailed out response to RFE (I-693)

01/15/11 ------- Email confirming USCIS received RFE response

Pre-Adjustment of Status:

02/07 ------- Visited him in the U.S. for what was suppose to be a few weeks (Came in with birth certificate and health card. Health card expired a few months after)

I haven't sent in the response to the RFE yet, so no I got the EAD email before sending in the revised I-693.

I haven't sent in the response to the RFE yet, so no I got the EAD email before sending in the revised I-693.

This makes me hope that I will get my Bio-letter/appointment and possibly EAD befire they get my I-693 (which I have ready to go at home).

Since I assume an incomplete I-693 is as good as no I-693?

May 2002 He stopped attending school because he couldn't afford it any longer.

08/2009 Sibling petition approved but ineligible to adjust status due to overstay

11/22/10 [day 0]- mailed AOS packet!! should be there by noon 11/23/2010

12/3/10 [day 11]- received email/text notification of acceptance from USCIS

12/3/10 hubby surprised me with a trip to Los Angeles for my birthday...no problems :)

12/6/10 [day 14]- received hard copy NOA1 in mail

12/7/10 [day 15]- checks cashed...ouch

12/15/10 [day 23]- rec'd biometrics appt set for Dec. 28th at 10 am! :)

Did you call USCIS for the error with online case update? I'm thinking of calling them on Monday. :unsure:

Our house is 1hr away from the office and driving here in winter is so bad plus traffic in Milwaukee is crazy so we don't want to take a risk. We have to wait till then :)

10/2009 - E2 Visa delivered by the US Embassy in Paris.

12/2009 - Relocation in Big Apple :)

06/2010 - Mariage in France.

11/2010 - Assembly of package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131).

11/22/10 - package sent to Chicago (FedEx/Overnight.

11/23/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:18 am.

12/08/10 - Received Rejection Notice of the package for incorrect fees.

12/09/10 - Corrected package sent again to Chicago (Fedex Overnight).

12/10/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:08 am.

12/14/10 - Received emails/texts notifications of acceptance from USCIS.

12/20/10 - NOA1 received for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131(hard copies).

01/03/11 - Appointment Notice received - Biometrics appointment set for the 01/25.

01/25/11 - Biometrics done.

02/16/11 - Received Email: EAD in production, Post decision/Approval for AP.

02/26/11 - Received EAD/AP Card

03/28/11 - Interview notification received by email. Interview set for the 05/03.
