Hello world!

Well I am back here to keep going forward with this process. My green card expires in 18th february 2011 so I will start the paperwork and file in December.

Has anyone else got a letter from USCIS saying we need to file for removal of conditions? I wasn't expecting it, i guess is a nice reminder.

well thanks in advance to all the nice people that contributes in the forums to make this process easier.

1 question to everyone.... I met a girl that also came with a K1 and she filed her removal of conditions a year ago. She mentioned that the inmigration agent told her during the interview that if she wanted she can apply for citizenship. Does anyone had similar experiences????

Sure. Every foreigner who has been a lawful permanent resident of the US for the required time can apply for US citizenship once the time comes, even girls.
