Some interview letter questions now..

I have one major question about the interview letter. It gives that big list of things we need to bring, and under the Medical exam and vaccination worksheet it says bring it (unless already submitted) and also the affidavit of support stuff blah blah blah and again in parenthesis (unless already submitted)

So would the medical exam that Carlos did in December and all paperwork be the "already submitted" stuff? Also, we never went to a civil surgeon for the I-693 vaccination supplement, but with our petition submitted the vaccination worksheet from the embassy and were never given an RFE or anything.

Also for the affidavit of support..all the things they list to bring (unless already submitted)...well obviously we submitted that stuff with the application..so do we need to do it again? And shall it be the new form or the old one?

we didn't take copies of any of the items that had already been submitted with the AOS application. we did, however, bring all of our original documents (ie: certified marriage license, birth certificates, NOA's, tax returns, etc.)

I've been wondering about this as well. I have a copy of the vaccination sheet done in London prior to his k-3 interview, but that's the only medical thing we have. Is it "already submitted" because it all went in with the K-3? We've now submitted 3 affadavits of support (k-3, original 485, and RFE for 485). But then again, my husband has had his biometrics done approximately 4 times by now and filled out the quadruple biographic form at least 3 times!

Some people have been asked for the vaccination supplement at the interview. Others have not.

Take all the original forms and also a copy of your AOS package that you send. Because in some cases they have asked for information and/or forms that you have already sent.

On the vaccination supplement they ask of it for some people and not from others, like LuckyStrike said.

I didn't submit I693a - just the vac worksheet. I took copies and originals of everything I had submitted plus proof of living together - all he was interested in was the proof of living together, nothing else. He did ask if the info on the I864 was the same and I told him I had a small raise but it was all the same. He didn't ask anymore about that either. Good Luck
