Never be so sure about your right.... and never state other's behaviour a low state until you do not know what is behind. I am pretty sure that in most of the cases there are hidden motivations just most of the concerned do not want to admit or do not know about that.

Now, that's a generalization for ya!

Do you know I am so sad for those women that have been played or hurt? Your right I haven't "hung" in MENA for very long at all. But I have been in various discussions and meetings and seminars to have seen and heard a lot, even before I met and married Ahmed. Really even before 9/11 happened. BUT I DO know there are many shady men in every nation on this earth and I DO KNOW it is NOT RIGHT to generalize ANYONE based soley on the actions of a few of each nation, race, or religion.

Im just saying.

Sister, I am not judging the entire MENA race...no, no, no. My husband's father is half Syrian - so no, I would not disparriage an entire race. I am making my statement based on a few of the actions of various fiances and spouses of the women in this forum. They would make your head spin. Your Ahmed is probably the sweetest of the sweet and you are blessed to have him, but some of the shady stuff we've seen around here might give you pause about not only the men who commit these scandal-worthy offenses, but also the desperation and/or naivety of the women who love them. This place has seen women who love liars, cheaters, adulterers, bigamists, abusers, fraudsters, and even fathers who have denied they have children and presented them as if the child was a niece or a nephew - and still pursue a visa for them come he!! or highwater. Crazy stuff has happened here. Things that should give any woman in her right mind pause to say - "Self, maybe this isn't the best idea." But, alas, no - much to everyone's dismay they go through with the visa and bring him here for better or worse and are absolutely stunned when the man commits the same acts on American soil! Oh perish the thought!!! Yet, now he has the power...now he has the greencard and now she's on the hook for him and his truly sorry self until he has been here 10 years or he gets citizenship.

It's a beautiful thing isn't it?

I certainly have to agree with what you have said, really it is a horrible thing. To have your heart used and abused is not a pretty thing, it is horrible! I just really want it to be said that this can happen to anyone anywhere at anytime by men and women from anywhere! I pray for all these women that go through such heartache and I pray they in the end find the one they were created for!

Do you know what???? I AM SO SO SO SICK OF PEOPLE TALKING, THINKING AND BEHAVING POORLY TOWARdS MEN OF ARABIC DESCENT!!! Really it is just disgusting and of poor taste.

I have never in my life knew a more descent and loving kind and understanding man in all my life than my husband Ahmed, really I find myself in awe of him and his culture, beliefs and traditions.

So maybe you need to start checking for facts rather than stories made up by some ignorant person with nothing else better to do. :bonk::bonk::bonk:

Well I guess if you can make a generalization about an entire culture based on a good experience, then someone else can probably do the same based in a bad experience. Right?

And where exactly did I do that? I simply am saying not ALL Arabs are bad! I am simply saying not ALL people of any race is bad, there are always the good and the bad. There hope I cleared that up for you, you seemed a might confused! I do try to stay away from generalizing anyone or anything, especially seeing how I have had to deal with people doing that to me all my life due to my mixed heritage.

Thats Europe Yassine, France in particular because you cannot really live off the system here considering we get very little free. In Europe, when someone has a child, they get stipends which is why now the French economy is faltering because too many people are immigrating, having 9 or 10 kids and no one is working to support the welfare state.

I think thats what your "friend " told you. She probably decided she was sick of Morocco and went back to the USA. If he wants to see her, he can pay for his ticket cant he? Tell him to marry someone from Europe next time. Marriage blanche or lawriat works so much better when its a 200 dollar plane ticket and not 1600
