Three months no touches/updates on AOS process until today! Got an email from the USCIS web-site this morning that the interview date is set up for March! Omg, I'm nervous!!!

Thanks again. Now, I guess I just have to reprint to show more pictures since I dont have the actual album. We dont have any utility bills with our name on it. we only have bank account and insurance. I hope it suffices. Two weeks til the interview date!

We just received notification that card production was ordered for I485 AOS! No interview, and a couple of weeks earlier than we anticipated, assuming everything went well. What a relief! No lawyers. No delays. No RFEs. DONE! Whew! Thanks everyone for all your support! This has been a great site. Good luck to all!

Well thats good that you got your RFE. I bet you the RFE with me will be about the same thing. The thing i wonder about is that back in Germany when i got my package from the consulate containing the visa in the passport, the brown envelope for the POE, the CD, the copy of the DS-3025, i also had a small white envelope in it which says "Do not open this envelope - please provide it to USCIS when the medical examination is requested in conjunction with your adjustment of status. (This envelope contains a copy)". Back when we filed for AOS we werent sure if we were supposed to submit it then and now im wondering if its that what they want.

Did you also get that envelope or anybody else on here? Back at the consulate when i had my interview they never told me of such an envelope, so it was kinda confusing.

But you are right we shouldnt be doing another medical, since well we are in that 1 year time frame of when we had it done.

here we go i had my rfe in the mail yesterday and they want another medical from me.

so if you read my last post where i was talking about that mysterious small white envelope i know now what is inside of it: a copy of my medical. gotta contact USCIS now and see if we can send that since well i guess they wanted it in the first place which wasnt mentioned anywhere and well i guess none of you guys ever had such an envelope. the other porblem i got is that when i did my medical back in germany the doctor filled out the DS-3025, what he forgot to do is cross if it was either complete or not complete, which USCIS also mentioned in the RFE which is not my fault. so now i had to check back then that the doctor fills out the paper without screwing up?

the question i have now is if i can go to a civil surgeon and let him transcribe me another immunization sheet? since the envelope contains a copy of my medical i shouldnt need a whole medical again right?

We are in the process today thru friday getting my husbands medical done.. Since the tb takes 2 days we had to get a hotel.... SarahJax I would just go do it and see what the dr says.. he will tell you what he will do..

Congratulations to everyone with good news, and for everyone waiting still, hurry up and wait... it will happen.

Our case was transferred to the CSC and arrived there yesterday. We received approvals for the EAD and AP document 2/10/11. We received the AP documents in the mail today and hope to receive the EAD by the end of the week. Obviously we're not getting the combined AP/EAD document. We hope to get the greencard ASAP, but no idea what the wait will be at CSC, 4 to 6 weeks?

Are they sending notice and AP separately?

Basically it means your AP is on the way now. You will receive it any day now. After AP is sent out by USCIS, our online status will change to Post Decision Activity. Congratulations! Yay!

My AOS & EAD were approved on the 11th, AP was approved on the 12th. Everyday I've been checking the USCIS website, & everyday it changes. It keeps bouncing back & forth to Decision to Card Production. What is with that????

weird thing, that site. orfee has received his ead and ap, but the website never updated the AP since issuing the noa1 and the ead still just shows card production ordered (even though he already has it). The past two days we've received three different emails notifying us that his green card production has been ordered, post decision activity blah blah..i mean, it's good to get updates but it would be nice if they were more 'accurate' maybe...

Someone actually called and check uscis before about this. I can't remember where. Basically this is what happen in uscis

First email on card production- our data is sent for production

2nd email on card production- card is ready to be send out to us via usps

3rd email will be change to post decision activity- basically our card is with usps and will be reaching us anytime and the process is complete.

I guess sometimes we still received updates because they either accidentally scan our data or they probably working on our other forms like I485. I have my 485 and 130 approved during interview but they only updated the 485. My 130 is still on initial review. Same goes to my AP.

Don't worry about it too much.
