Congrats! Enjoy the life ahead of you.

I'm noticing a lot of K1 filers are getting approved without interviews. So to those K1 filers out there you have a lot of chances for approval of AOS without interview. I hope the rest of us will have a smooth journey too. :D

USCIS website updated today to tell me that my AOS interview has been scheduled for March 4.

Delighted, after all my worrying about whether or not the case has been progressing :)

Congrats! Things are moving pretty awesome for the November filers :D

Yea i think so, because i got an Email January 21st, saying the same thing EAD Card in Production

and then today Jan 26, I got the same email

I just got another email saying that the status of my EAD application is "Post Decision Activity" - after I had two emails saying it was in "Card/Document Production" on 21 and 26 January.

There is something very wrong with the case notification system...

Actually, u can go to uscis local office to applky for emergency AP. They will give u a stamp in the passport. I read it somewhere in this forum. Maybe you can try that or contact your congressman. It seems AP approval seem to be very late nowadays.

True. Sigh! I feel bad. But who knows, maybe in a while you will receive the approval email and next week you will have your AP. Hope the best for you. Finger cross :)

Ok - Today my husbands I485 case was touched again. Same message about card production. It seems like every other day its alternating between the work authorization and the I485 -- come on already just send the CARD!! :)

August 09 2007---- Enter U.S on F -1 ( graduate school)

February 16 2009 - August 2010---- on pre-completion OPT ( while writing my thesis)

August 2010--- graduated from grad school

August 2010-February 16 2011--- on post- completion OPT

My AOS timeline:

Nov 20 2010--- got married!! :) sent our AOS package to Chicago Lockbox.

Nov 22 2010--- package recived with my AOS (EAD, AP,I-130)

Dec 8 2010--- checks cashed for both AOS and I-130 and recived email and text notification ( 16 emails and 16 texts!wow!)

Dec 10 2010--- hard copy of NOA1 for AOS, I-131,I-130, I-765 recived via USPS

Dec 18 2010--- recived BIometrics appt. letter for Jan 7, 2011.

Dec 20 2010--- biometrics done, walk in

Feb 4 2011--- email notification that my EAD card has been ordered.sweet!
