Disregard my previous post.phone screwed up my spelling. i got 2 emails.first was an rfe about our ead.second was that our ead card was in production. Our interview is in 3 weeks.does that mean our interview is cancelled till I get the rfe handled?

Biometric walk-in successful this morning. Now I'm wondering if I needed the 2nd biometric because 6/10 fingerprints were rejected when they were scanned. The lady tried multiple times on each fingers but still some showed "Rejected". She said that she did not know if USCIS would need me to come back for 2nd prints because it depended on FBI. My fingers are not chapped or dry or whatsoever but they scanning machine kept rejecting them.

Oh no. I hope u don't need to go through a second biometric.I had a second biometric as well as 2 of my fingers keep rejecting even though the lady said they can see it pretty clearly. the officer told me maybe because I wash a lot. Touch water. So she adviced me to put on lots of hand cream and massage it several time a day. I did extra than that. I put bandage on all my fingers every night before I go to bed and removed it when I wake up. I stop doing dishes and house chores for two weeks before my 2nd biometric.

When I have it taken again, the lady told me it was perfect. I received my 2nd biometric letter 1 week after I done my first. I think they immediately sent to fbi once it was taken. If they need u to retake again, chances are they will send u the letter right away. Meantime why don't u start putting handcream. If they do ask u for 2nd biometric again, at least u can immediately do a walk in. I didn't do the hand cream regime till I received the letter hence I got to wait for the the 2nd appointment date to let my finger healed.

Of course I hope u don't need to go back for second time.

Hahaha. That's nice. Wife at home. Well, is the surface of the fingers rough? It should be rough because that's where ur fingerprint is good. If it is a smooth surface, that's not a good sign. Because it means the prints wore off. Well, hopefully you don't need to go back. I'm getting anxious with ead and ap. I have yet received any approvals.

Bad mood too since I am unable to go home for cny. Kinda home sick big time. Anyway, wish u a good cny! May the year of rabbit bring you all the joy, happiness, luck and smooth journey for AOS process!

They are smooth like silky tofu LOL just kidding. My fingerprints are all visible in the center. I think the problematic areas (the areas showed red dots on the screen) are on the fingers sides. You know how they roll your fingers from one end to the other, right?!

I miss my family too and my mom is expecting to see me for CNY. I hate to tell her that I can't make it or I have to delay it. Oh well, good thing is CNY has 15 days. So hopefully I get my AP before that.

Haha. Yup. Smooth like silky tofu. Hopefully u will be able to go back. Then help me eat more good cny food! I started baked lots of cny cookies which are famous in my country. That's the only way to get my mood up a bit. And then make my husband finish it up for me since I'm on a diet for my traditional wedding next year. Lol. Since is your rabbit year, u will definitely get all ur wishes come true!

Hey you guys, i received a message again about my case saying it was transfer to an USCIS office.... the EAD has not being touched since dec, I dont know what this means, they already sent it to CSC and now again to an USCIS Office... i guess they will required from Us to go to an interview? o Gosh, i am confuse.

Got an Email Today saying that my EAD Card is in production and being printed I should recieve it within 30 days.

I think its a little too late seeing how my interview is Feb 7th!!!

Wish it would of came here sooner, but Im happy that its being printed!

Guys, i just received my AP this afternoon. Yey! I already filed for SSn yesterday. It looked like I am back on track after my 2nd biometrics last week. The early november filers are sure going to get the AP and EAD in the mail. My EAd and AP arrived 2 days apart. I am a little bit worried though is it normal that I still don't have a letter for the interview? Anybody who is in the same situation too?

For those who have their Ap on hand, do you also have 2 copies. My AP is just a piece of paper with my submitted picture on the lower left corner. It expires after

one year.
