Kinda funny how glued we get to these case updates. Before the technology was able to check the case online, we would just be sitting pretty waiting for something in the mail. Instead we get paranoid

We were sent separate letters for biometrics. First letter received was for AOS biometrics, and the second 1 or 2 weeks later was for the EAD. Yes having to do your biometrics again would be a delay

Sent my RFE yesterday. Just so anyone who gets RFE knows, my RFE was sent to a PO Box in Missouri and Fedex/UPS won't deliver to a PO Box; only USPS does and it takes two days even for Express Post.

Oooh all these approvals from early November filers! yay!

I've come to loathe Saturdays, because there's 1 entire day of no mail. lol

As a side note, could everyone please make sure they do and/or update their timelines?

Hi SunDrop, did you get a touch for all AOS-EAD-AP? I just got a touch on I-485, AP and EAD remains unchanged.

Hi!

Applied for AOS and EAD earlier on in November.

We got our receipt notice a few days on and the biometrics appointment wasn't until 6th January.

Up until today our case status could not be found on the USCIS website.

But checked the status today and it said that the EAD card had been ordered! Happiness all round, can't wait to starting driving round the mean streets of Anaheim!

So my question is how long does it take between the card production order and actually getting the card in the mail?

Hope someone can help, cheers!

Hi.. I am realy happy for everyone - do not get me wrong!!! But I do not understand why my case is taking soooo long!!

I send my papers on the 11/17, received the emais on the 11/26, My case has no been touched since 11/26, I received my NOAS by mail on the 11/30!!! No biometrics, interview or anything... so I called USCIS and filled a complain, and they told me I have to wait 30 more days, and if nothing happens to call them again!!!! I am sooo upset, I really want to work, and be able to drive!!! I do not know what else to do!!!

I am sorry that I am putting all out there, but I need some advice!!!

It's been a month today since my biometrics appt and haven't gotten any update about my EAD ill wait another week and after that ill try to contact uscis does anyone know what number or who should call
