Congratulations! My wife received her greencard in the mail today.We didn't have to have an interview.We are very happy.You should receive your EAD in the mail soon.Hopefully you won't have to have an interview for your greencard either.

Kinda funny how glued we get to these case updates. Before the technology was able to check the case online, we would just be sitting pretty waiting for something in the mail. Instead we get paranoid

We were sent separate letters for biometrics. First letter received was for AOS biometrics, and the second 1 or 2 weeks later was for the EAD. Yes having to do your biometrics again would be a delay

Sent my RFE yesterday. Just so anyone who gets RFE knows, my RFE was sent to a PO Box in Missouri and Fedex/UPS won't deliver to a PO Box; only USPS does and it takes two days even for Express Post.

got a message from USCIS today at 2am! EAD card production ordered! Yehey! Good luck everyone seems like approvals are coming in.:-)

Me too! I got a text message last night at 2am that my EAD card is in production. No word of AP (I need it more than EAD right now :) ) yet.

Yesterday at 6 pm I received an email/text from USCIS that my husband's EAD card was approved on Jan.13, and to our surprise he received the actual EAD card in the mail today!! :dance:

Now we await the interview.

Congratulations to all who have received updates on their case!!!!! To those who haven't, don't worry you will get news soon!

I just got a mail from congressman's office saying my I - 131 (AP) was approved on 1/13/2011 and is in line to be produced, but they cannot guarantee that I will receive it before my January 20th travel date. The question I have is, can Hubby fedex it to me once he receives it in mail, in case I do get it after the Jan 20th; or do I need to leave US with I-131 in my pocket?

In the mail it also says, they suggest to schedule an Infopass and get a stamp in my passport, but the earliest date I can get is Jan 27th...too late...

Try a walk-in, if that is an option? Waiting for hours on the day if it gets results is probably worth it...

As long as it's already been approved, I don't see that being a problem. You don't need it to leave, you need it to get back in. Sure there's a risk. AP could get lost in the mail or something.
