yeah i was suprised myself that i actually received a letter in the mail. i thought it was still time for me till i get something. plus i cant even check my cases online on uscis since it doesnt work from their side.

I don't think they work in any specific order. We sent in our package on the first of November and we just did the biometrics today. Meanwhile we received a notice stating that they had transferred the case to CSC and just received an email that our application has been sent to a USCIS office. So I guess CSC has acknowledged receipt.

Don't worry too much about it, your NOAs will come in the mail soon

Hey! Another early November filer here.. Had my biometrics done on December 17th, but already received another biometrics appointment notice to come and have my fingerprints re-taken. Since the day I received NOA1 for AOS, EAD and AP, I have not had ANY touches on the USCIS site (hopefully that still means that somebody IS working on my case). Oh well, we just gotta be patient.

Just got an email update from USCIS that they received my response to RFE and my application is resumed to process. Good news!

They received mine on Monday 1/10 in the afternoon, and I checked status just a couple minutes ago after seeing your post and it was updated on 1/15 (lol, it's still not the 15th here for over an hour!) and we're also in RFE review now. What's weird is it said they received it on 1/12, when I know it was delivered before that and why'd it take them 3 days to update? Bizarre.

I'm now 1 week away from 60 days of the receipt date. C'mon EAD!! lol

Out of curiosity, when those of you who've received interview notices look below the status message at your local office processing dates, what date is there for the I-485? On ours it reads July 25th 2010, as measured on November 30th 2010. So that means they're averaging 4 months from receipt date to interview in Tucson. Just wondering if the timeframes are right for those of you with interviews...

Finally received two updates. 2 months after last touch on 11/15. Text messages at 6:59pm read that AP is approved and EAD is in production. Yay! Seems we are one of the first few with news on AP/EAD, but our interview is so far away compared to others. Doesn't look like USCIS follows any standard order on who/what/when to process first

got a message from USCIS today at 2am! EAD card production ordered! Yehey! Good luck everyone seems like approvals are coming in.:-)

so in your timeline you say that your ead case is transferred to california? cause on my letter it says its the I485 that is gonig to csc.

so what doesthis mean now formy ead and ap? where are theyat then? hope i dont sound too stupidnow for not knowing =)

FINALLY!!!!

since the beginning of filing for AOS i could not check my cases on the USCIS site until today. i guess the transfer of my I485 to CSC is the reason why cause that is as well the only case that is online and working now. Not so lucky with the EAD and AP but well i guess one case is better than none hehe

My case got touched again on the 15th too. I think you might have just missed the dates when they touch them?! The USCIS site does not show previous touch dates. We are back on track!

Congratulations! My wife received her greencard in the mail today.We didn't have to have an interview.We are very happy.You should receive your EAD in the mail soon.Hopefully you won't have to have an interview for your greencard either.
