Hi Im also a November AOS filer. We submitted our I-485 and I-765 forms and supplemental documents through FedEx yesterday afternoon. Decided not to file for AP, we dont need it very much anyway. Tracked it on Fedex website and it was delivered and signed. Hope to hear feedback from them pretty soon. Good luck to everyone of us!

Hello Everyone. Please share your ideas and experiences in filing your AOS. We just submitted our AOS package (I-485 and I-765) yesterday using FedEX and have it shipped overnight. We sent it this address: USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517. Looking forward to hear if it was successfully sent this afternoon. Keep the ball rolling. Lets help each other throughout this journey.Have a great day everyone:-)

Did you track the package with FedEX? Did you include the form for being notified by email when the AOS petition is received? If you include the email notification option, you should receive an email about a week after confirming that the AOS petition has been deliver and signed for and the NOA a week after that. If not, you should receive an NOA about 2 weeks after the package has been delivered and signed for.

hello Ivy..good to hear that you were able to file for your AOS..we are still planning to file ours this coming end of Nov..just wondering..what evidences and documents did you send them...thanks alot...

The only evidence needed is what they're asking for on the instructions and/or the guide here http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

such as marriage certificate

birth certificate

copies of passport and visa and I-94

6 passport photos

tax returns/w2s/1099s for the i864 affidavit of support

i-693 vaccinations certified by civil surgeon

might have missed some items, be sure to read the guide and the form instructions.

No need to send all kinds of relationship evidence like for the K1, that's for the interview later.

edit: 6 passport photos if doing all: AOS, work permit and travel document
