so they wont be working on it untill after dec 16th?

Wow.. you guys are receiving the biometrics quick.

I sent in my application on the 12th of November. NOA by text message on the 17th, and actually received my NOA mail on the 23rd or 24th.

Still havent received anything yet.

I live in NYC and my NOA started with MSC# so can't even check those.

give it a few days.. i kept checking as soon as I got the receipts in the mail but took a few days after to show up on the website.

AOS- Sent Nov. 8th 2010 Chicago Lockbox

AOS- Received Nov.12 2010 Chicago Lockbox

AOS- Received NOA1 Nov. 16 via email

AOS- Received Hard Copy Noa1's via US Postal Nov 18.

AOS- i485,EAD,AP for wife/ EAD for child touched Nov.19

AOS- Received Biometrics for mother and child Nov.22nd via US Postal scheduled for Dec 15th.

AOS- Went in for Biometrics. Dec 15th at 8am. Pretty fast..took bout 20 min in and out for mother and child.

AOS- Recieved NOA2 Jan 10th. Appt set for Feb.8th at 1:30pm

AOS- Approved Feb 8 Permanent residency

This is odd... Just got a text message from USCIS saying that the status on my AOS had been updated. After checking, it shows that it has been transfered to the California Service Center and that a notice had been sent to explain this action. Now, I remember reading that some people took that to mean an interview or not. However, I haven't even received my biometrics appointment letter yet! I called USCIS last week to expedite my EAD and again today, but this is the AOS... What's going on?

so I finally got the text notifications (all 6 of them) and email notifications (all 9 of them :wacko: ) and the NOA is finally on it's way... Hope we'll get biometrics letter this month...
