I haven't read it yet...going to now..thought I'd post...supposed to give Adjudicators some new ways to process stuff? what are your thoughts?

I dont understand it..from what I understand it's how they're gonna have more co-operation for fraud on criminal and job based stuff/checks in regards to the Immigration petitions..

get some Ambesol..or yank the ####### tooth.

What this is saying is individual adjudicators will no longer have the power to make appeal decisions themselves if a similar appeal has already been decided and adjudicated. Layman's terms: An applicant appeals a denial of their visa for reason X. The DHS accepts that decision and the DOJ agrees with that decision. All appeals for reason X from that point forward must agree with what DHS accepted and DOJ agreed with...no exceptions. All the decisions will be published (much like a field manual) and must be used.

From the first reading I do not like it because it takes small, extenuating circumstances out of the equation. However, it could be beneficial as well.
