Pictures & affidavits

Just a quick question regarding the passport style pictures & the affidavits mentioned in the i-751 instructions.

Are the pictures actually not required? Like the fingerprints I am assuming they will both be done at Biometrics.

Secondly the affidavits....I have read many here say they are not needed. Is that correct?

We do have good supporting evidence in the normal ways of jointly owned cars,home , utilities, insurance etc.

where are you applying from? Or where are you residing?

If you are residing in the US, then you do not need to include passport style photos.

Affidavits are recommended but not required. If you feel your evidence is good then you do not need to include affidavits.

Yes we are residing in the USA since marriage back in 1/2008

Looking forward to this next step of a 10 year card for my wife & later

her US citizenship.

Then just submit all that is required without the photos and during the biometrics, they will take a photo and your fingerprints.
