Should i start to using my married name in the forms? And in the form , I-485 what is A#??? Also the I-94# is the departure number??

Its going to be ok even if i dont get my AOS approved in my last month of my visa? . .

I dont think that we are going to be approved in one month or is possible?? Also december is coming so that is going to be more time for me . .

Im so confuse again!! With new forms . .

You can use your married name if you want. If you want to use your maiden name or a hyphenated name it's totally up to you.

The A# is found on your NOA2 from your I-129F petition approval letter, towards the top right of the letter under the validity dates.

As long as you married the USC who petitioned for you within 90 days, the risk that something bad will happen to you is low, however I'd encourage you to get your AoS papers in the mail to USCIS no later than the 90th day after your arrive on K1.

What departure number are you asking about? I'm not familiar with that one.

Hope this helps and good luck!

When you get your Receipt Notice (NOA1 or I-797c) for the AOS your status will change to Adjusment of Status pending. It is very unlikely you will be approved within a month. Three to six months is till quick to get your greencard.

Just keep a copy (xerox) of your Receipt Notice with you along with your IDs.

On the NOA2 most omit the A and the 0, A0xxxxxxxx. and use 8 digits.

Also the A number should be under annotation in the lower lext of your visa. Some visas show *** as in this example http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=19&pos=2 .

The third place for the A number is hand written on the back of your I-94.

As previously stated put your name on as you want it on your green card. My wife is from the Philippines which also has Spanish traditions such as the middle name is changed to her maiden name. Most Philippine wives have no problem changing the middle name along with their married name.
