Hi VJ Family....

I am waiting for a December Interview Date from NVC for my wife & Daughter. I am a LPR and our case completed on 08/31. so, I like to INVITE everyone to this thread, who is waiting for a December Interview Date.

Guys, lets share our experience to help each other.

Hi VJ Family....

I am waiting for a December Interview Date from NVC for my wife & Daughter. I am a LPR and our case completed on 08/31. so, I like to INVITE everyone to this thread, who is waiting for a December Interview Date.

Can you tell us how long it took from the day you send out the ds 230 for the case to complete. my mom is LPR and we waitng for her son ( my brother) case to be complete.

Priority date feb 16.2010

Event Date

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Tirana, Albania

Marriage (if applicable):

I-130 Sent : 2010-02-02

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-02-16

I-130 Approved : 2010-09-15

NVC Received : 2010-09-30

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2010-10-01

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-10-01

Receive IV Bill : 2010-10-20

Pay IV Bill : 2010-10-15

Case Completed at NVC :2010-12-9

Failed to sign at NVC web :2010-12-21

Interview 08/02/2012

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

yes, its about a month to case complete, if you didnt get any RFE.

thank so much, i got RFE actually im waiting to see what was that was missing. thank so much for the replay.

I was wondering since your case was complete 8/31 and you dont have still a interview date its pretty long time yea?

yes indeed. its a looooooooooong wait. still waiting for an Interview date in December :( . I really miss my wife and daughter.

awwww, wow my god so i will have to expect a interview for my brother around januaryyyy, wow sucks. I hope soon they have a interview date, so all you can celebrate the new year.

I called embassy and they said they did not get my case yet :crying: , do u think they still work for interviews for December?

yes. you have plenty of time for to get the interview date. they shedualed interviews til end of second week of november. by the way, whats your Priority date? before the embassy gets your case, NVC will able to tell you the interview date. so, check with NVC today.
