Cara notarisasi gimana? Minta dari bank atau harus ke notaris di USA?

Your fiance should be the one who get it notarized in US then he needs to send it to you for having it in interview.

Sorry. We talk about the AFFIDAVIT SUPPORT DOCUMENT. Which one should be notarized and i said that the I-134 form only which should be notarized by her fiance in US to have it in her interview in USEM later. That is the only paper only which should be in original while others just copy/fax. That is the info according to the newest member here who got interview in JAKARTA USEM. Once again. Sorry.
