I got touched again on 10/4/10 but I think it might have just been the adjucators at VSC putting my file in a storage bin or something bc I got NOA2 on 9/24 so maybe ours is in the "do this later" pile. I don't know, but all that activity almost a month ago was so exciting, now...just hoping for more summer approvals!

9/21/10--I-129F mailed to Dallas

9/29/10--NOA1 (email and text message)

9/29/10--Check cashed

10/1/10--NOA1 hardcopy received (dated 9/27 and sent to VSC)

10/3/10--Touched (everyone touched)

10/4/10--Touched!

04/19/11-NOA2!! (FINALLY! After 204 days)

Major change of plans - the wait was too long for us and I ended up moving to Croatia in June 2011.

Married 06/09/12 <3

I feel you. Did you guys notice that VSC is barely approving petition in the last 2 weeks while CSC is speeding ahead. Even CSC had September petition approved. Let's send positive thoughts and get our long awaited NOA2 this month. (L)

7-13-10 - I-129F sent by USPS Expressmail to VSC;

10-18-10 - NOA2!!!!!!!!!! (Received in hand 10-22-10)

11-12-10 - Sent email to Embassy asking about petition; response "Petition rec'd; send in documents"; sent same day

11-24-10 - Called the Department of State; interview has been scheduled

11-29-10 - Package 3 received by beneficiary

01-19-11 - Interview - VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!

01-27-11 - Passport received; visa in hand

02-08-11 - POE - Fort Lauderdale, Fla MISSED FLIGHT; 02-10-11 - POE second time's the charm. Easy POE. Welcome to the USA.
