Listen to NVC's AVR message, it will clearly say “Your case is completed and forwarded to the embassy or consulate in XXX on MM/DD/YYYY…” Once you hear this message, immediately go to DHL Tracking by Reference and track your shipment. For example, if NVC's AVR says your shipment date is 06/05/2008, NVC actually called DHL one day before this date to pick up the shipment. So your reference date is 06/04/2008. Then enter EXP 04 JUN 2008A as your reference in the above DHL website. Then scroll down to your consulate link.

To be sure you can try a date range between 06/03/2008 to 06/06/2008 in the date range.

At least I know that NVC emailed the appointment letter PDF to me and I forwarded to my wife last time.

ReL Interview date - The email confirms the date. You can check NVC operator as well. Also, some Consulates will publish monthly list of interviews. Consulate will send a packet 4 to the beneficiary about the interview date. Too many options

NVC email should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks time after the case completion.

I though the dox from nvc will arrive in 1-2 weeks(

Sometimes, NVC email will arrive in 2 weeks too.

I think you completed NVC case by the end of Oct. So, I doubt Nov is a possibility, but who knows. December is the best chance for you and me as well

When I'm checking on AVR menue they saying that the case is completed but nothing about that the dox r sending somewhere....., is that normal?

And since they completed the case is that means that all dox was ok, can they ask about co-sponsor on the interview?

NVC does preliminary screening. Ultimate decision is Consulate Officer's.

As I told you, after case completion, it may take 2 weeks for case forwarding and interview date details. Instead of checking AVR, you may call to the operator because they will have up to date information. AVR will be updated bit later or no update too. In my case, AVR is still "Case not found"!

How do you know how many cases were sent through dhl, I believe it says one pieces, what does that mean?

It is difficult to know our case is within the package. Only thing we can just approximate it with this tracking details and the NVC message when the case is forwarded to the Consulate.
