Hi everyone... sorry it has been a while have be on here.... This is my story... i entered USA with k-3 visa... before i got to USA i have issue with my ex. on getting there to USA i never be at my ex. place cuz he told me not to think about coming there... so i later left to USA staying with a friend... i still let her know I'm coming... but she never respond despite switch her phone off... so on getting there i do let her know if she still want me... and she said i must go back to my country...anyway she filed a divorce... after final divorce i get married to my wife in Dec. just 3 months after my divorce... we filed necessary paper 2 months after wedding... we got approved.... i got my work card.... later we were called for interview for my green card... getting there i was told there is no need for my wife to come into the office with me....so i enter with the lady to the office...

The lady said my green card will be denial... she continued...i got here with k-3 visa of one spouse and i can't obtain my green card with another spouse...she advice me to file a form since our I130 is approved... so i did what she said and so no sooner than we received a letter for our interview after NVC completed...

I traveled back to my country with my wife and our son for the interview... at the interview there was no question asked about my wife but only on my ex. and i got denial and a pink letter was giving to me stating ' our relationship exist for immigration purposes'... so they returned our case back to USCIS for possible revocation....

After 2 months USCIS received the latter...They update the system 'Received for review'... After 7 months we received a letter NOIR so we responded back to the NOIR with all necessary document before deadline... 3 months later we received a letter " your case has been reaffirmed" but their system is not updated about the reaffirmation... The following months they transfer it to NVC and lastly to Embassy of my country... the embassy sent me an email saying " Your case has been reaffirmed and we are in receipt of the notice of reaffirmation" your husband is invited to returned to the consulate for his interview... and he should bring other proof of his relationship with you. He shouldn't bring any other medical or police record with him not until after his interview...

So my question are few...

(1) What is my possibility of getting this coming visa approved...

(2) My interview is Dec. my wife can't make it to the interview does that matter?

(3) What other proof do i need to show and proof our relationship is real... since I'm no more there in USA

Anybody who have been through this or have experience concerning this matter will highly appreciated... Please i need your contribution.

(4) My son is with me... we that give me any chance if i take him with me to the interview?
