The I-134 and supporting documents are taken to the interview with you not sent in with the K1 package. Good luck!

You are most welcome. Don't forget to fill in your timeline. It's great for later use if you have further questions and also great for keeping track of where you are in the process.

hi, my us fiance did'nt submit a i-134 or tax returns r pay stubs with the k-1 visa application, will we get a RFE for this, or is it ok if i just bring it with me to the interview?

Your fiance does not and never will submit a "visa application". Vis applications are for visas. he is a US citizen and does not need a visa. YOU will submit a visa application. HE submits a petition and the affidavit is not needed for the petition. He will give you an affidavit to take with you when YOU submit a visa application based on HIS approved petition.

Those documents are only needed for the interview so your fiance did everything correctly.
