Hi guys,

We had our case assigned on Oct 27 to the NVC - and Ive a couple of questions

1- Can I call and schedule my medical now in London ( or once my flu has disappeared) - by providing the NVC case number?

2-The ds 3032 is the first thing to send (email) to the nvc which can be done anytime now. The petitioner, my wife will be the choice of agent I think, as that works out best we think. Is it most common for the usc to be the agent? Also, just to clarify, she can fill it in online, then print it, sign and date it and then scan it to email to the nvc.

In our case - would it be advised to attach our expedite documents request also along with the ds 3032?

I know, i could probably find the answers if i looked hard enough but i feel terrible today and can barely see straight :(

Thanks guys so much.

Richi,

I know you have all those beautiful guides to cruise the NVC in a lightning speed!

Medical - Normally, the appointment letter is necessary to do the medical. But I have seen the people in Philippines have done it with other NVC correspondence that has NVC Case#. Check with your panel physician, if an early medical is possible with NVC Case#

Agent & DS-3032 - Now you can shoot a DS-3032 email (This is just form data). Normally, the beneficiary assigns the petitioner as choice of agent to speed the things, but it is not a requirement. I prefer the petitioner to be the COA so that all package deliveries locally can be done quickly (Every second in NVC is damn important to me!). Also, if you get DS-3032 email from NVC as PDF, you can complete it and scan it and email back to NVC, if your first DS-3032 is still not accepted at that point.

Follow the below guides, if you count every second in NVC.

Department of State Official link - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/nvc/nvc_1335.html

Also follow LingChe shortcut (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut) for fastest NVC processing. Current record is 13 days using LingChe shortcut in the past.

Here is my link - http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

OBX is another record holder and she completed NVC process in around same timeline of mine (Source - Saylin's NVC sheet, Thanks Saylin! - https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AtbvTEwLyHz1dDhjM3lXTEl1cW1SbjRwdW9YRGlIanc&hl=en#gid=0)

NVC electronic processing is not applicable to you, but it would be useful to others.

Richi,

I know you have all those beautiful guides to cruise the NVC in a lightning speed!

Thanks Loto, I appreciate you taking the time to do that for me..

I'll give it a shot and give the dr's a go tomorrow.

Agent & DS-3032 - Now you can shoot a DS-3032 email (This is just form data).

Really - so my wife can send the NVC an email - or does it have to be the beneficiary? 'copying' the relevant wording from the 3032 and it doesnt have to include a sig unless its rejected?

Is it best to wait til tomorrow and give them our emails - or would you advise to do it now?

Normally, the beneficiary assigns the petitioner as choice of agent to speed the things, but it is not a requirement. I prefer the petitioner to be the COA so that all package deliveries locally can be done quickly (Every second in NVC is damn important to me!). Register both your email ids first.

Then the beneficiary (you) will send Ds-3032 email. Email template is there in the guide.
