My PD is OCt 4 2010, USCIS approved it last february 25.. yesterday i called NVC hotline and got my Case number already. lets pray.. for fast processing. Im depressed already waiting to see my family.

Congrats on your NOA2! As recardo said just get everything together and wait for your PD to become current.

now i received an email from nvc. that assigned for the CASE NUMBER.. SO WHAT IS NEXT?

They may request the Agent of Choice after which the file will sit and wait for it's priority date.

Current cut off date F2A - Current

oh... how long should i wait? when the priority date is current? ;(

2 1/2 to 3 years? Might be less as we go through the Bulletin.

huh? wat do u mean?

means if the visa bulletin moves rapidly then the wait will be decreased.

My case was completed on January 25th 2011 and PD is june 2008 so when it will be current. Thanks in advance to all helpers.

That's Good I wish I had your priority date.. When your priority date would actually become current isnt a question that can be answered in advance. What i can say is I can see your priority date becoming current by the end of this year... but I'll give my feed back in 10 days.. lets see what the May Bulletin has to offer.
