Hi,

I've been on VJ for about a week now and I noticed there are hardly any discussions for Spouses of LPRs so if there is anyone who would like to participate in one Lets Goooooo!!!!

hi kenzie! what is your priority date? i am also a F2A, case completed last nov8. praying that interview will come fast but they say it will take 6-8 week from the time the case got completed.

Things worth having are worth waiting for. Go for it! Be persistent, no matter what. Keep believing. Keep the faith! ♥

yup,goodluck to us! by the way,any interview schedule luck yet? im still waiting....

i will call them on friday to check on it... what is your priority date? i'm not that sure if i am right but it's accdg to priority date in getting an interview... i hope what they told me when i called up is true and not just false hopes... i am keeping the faith. let's keep praying.

my priority date is jul 2009.i dont know if its base on priority date ill ask when i call.I was thinking of the samething,but if that's the case,i dont see any point of me waiting for december interview since there are a lot of people ahead of me that submitted their civil cases and case was just completed recently.i thought it was also base on when the case was completed.im not sure though/\.

yup criselle,i will update you when i call them.it is really frustrating. (plus the fact that its so hard to get hold of the operator). let's keep each other posted! :)

hi can i ask one thing

i know the AOS is(affidavit of support) but im just curious of IV what does it mean, thanks im not familiar with it.

IV = Immigrant Visa

AOS = Affidavit of Support

NIV = Non Immigrant Visa

AVR = Automatic Voice Response system

F2A for husband (i.e. Me)

24 Jul 2009: PD (I-130 NOA1 Rcvd)

?? Sep 2010: NOA2 Rcvd

24 Nov 2010: NVC CASE COMPLETE

03 Apr 2012: Interview @Sydney @10AM

12 Apr 2012: Finally!!! Yes got the VISA
