Woohooo. Nice !

Things seem to moving along nicely. March 7th is going to be here before you know it.

I'm not sure how Tampa office does oaths but I know from at least 20 people who recently did it in Orlando that they either got their oath on the same afternoon if they had a morning interview or they got it within the next day or the day after that at latest.

Got my interview date!

Too Funny. We applied 10/26 and I figured we should just jump into the November thread because it looked like we would certainly be the last ones to shut down the October filers thread. Now it looks like we might just close out November as well. Getting pretty discouraged with Atlanta. No updates, touches, yellow letters. NOTHING. Looks like Phoenix lockbox is kicking a$$. Thank goodness my brother-in-law planned his wedding for Nov 2011 or we might just miss it at this rate. Sorry, just really discouraged with the system at the moment. ~heavy sigh~

I'm sorry...I hope you will get your interview letter soon. So weird that you haven't got it yet since you filed 3 weeks or so earlier than me. Have you called them or made and info pass to find out what's going on with your application...I know how stressful this must feel...I hope you'll hear from them soon.

Hey everone!

Thanks to Can-FL-Girl for reaching out and contacting me .

I was getting a bit "nervous" (because I'm a worrier) that we hadn't heard anything about my husband's interview; we did receive a yellow form in the mail stating we needed to show our tax receipts to immigration. I had sent something tax related but they wanted more so I immediately ordered them and they've since arrived. All set there.

Anyway, I just checked my husband's status on-line and can see that we're at the TESTING AND INTERVIEW stage. We're probably right behind Can-FL-Girl because my husband didn't walk in for the biometrics, instead he waited until the date they assigned - Dec 10th. That probably put us behind her. Now that she has an interview in Orlando I'd imagine DH will be receiving a letter soon. This gives him a bit more time to study (which he could use).

We're moving back to Brazil in July so we're not too much in a hurry; I just want him to have dual citizenship before we leave.

Thanks for the support everyone. I'll let ya know when we have a date.

I suggest you call that 1800 #

Tell them you are a bit concerned that the letter may be lost in the mail etc...

They may not give you a decent answer and ask you to wait but atleast this makes them pull up your application online and I feel that will help.

Then wait a few days and call again.

Ive done this a few times and always get some movement after the second call.

Try it, you lose nothing except a few minutes of your time.

I hope you hear from them soon..some LUD, yellow letter atleast....

Well if you come back to October you can hang out with me, I am still there by myself and could use the company. . . Everybody else is gone so it isn't as depressing as reading how people are moving forward. I've had a yellow letter for almost 2 months, I've called and been told that "I am in the interview que" and to call back if I don't hear anything. . . . Seriously, I feel for you, we are in the same boat.

Well if you come back to October you can hang out with me, I am still there by myself and could use the company. . . Everybody else is gone so it isn't as depressing as reading how people are moving forward. I've had a yellow letter for almost 2 months, I've called and been told that "I am in the interview que" and to call back if I don't hear anything. . . . Seriously, I feel for you, we are in the same boat.

We will be the last two probably for 2010! ;-) I'm just hoping they get the sex right this time. AOS and ROC both had GreenCards with my wife's sex listed as M and not F. I had to send in OB/GYN records, Birth Certificates for my children, and other documentation to prove my wife was a female. TWICE. :bonk: I'm expecting something this time just to win the triple crown of trouble with the USCIS.

I just got my interview letter in the mail. It shows it was sent on Feb 4th, 2011.

My scheduled interview date is March 15th, 2011
