I-751 November 2010 Filers

Hello,

One more November filer. The package has been resting on my desk for almost one month, UNTIL I found out that the fee was going up in 3 days :bonk: . We just sent it.

I'm totally relaxed about the process, nothing to do with the CR1 nightmare!! Oh, and the first proof of bona fide was a GIANT copy of our ultrasound. One more VisaJourney baby here, I see there's lots of them.

NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter

Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment

Approved = The Date your case was approved

Hi Everyone,

After about two years of calmness the activities pick up again. Our NOA date was 11/1 and there is a receipt number on the NOA. But when I check the status online at the USCIS website, it said the receipt number was invalid. It's been more than two weeks so I thought our case should be in the USCIS system now. Does anyone have the same experience?

You have to wait for the ASC appointment notice to check your status.

It's written at the end of NOA letter.

They say use the application number found at the top of the ASC appointment notice,

so I think the application number will be different from the receipt number.

Waiting is no fun but it seems like this process is moving faster than previous ones.
